Interior design is really beautiful and elegant, room was modern, spacious and cozy. Delicious dinner and breakfast come with a huge choices and excellent quality. Amazing facilities and ambience, great hospitality from well-trained staffs. It was beyond my expectations, highly recommended.

It was a great stay!
One slight ding: there was some ambiguity about what was included in the price. For example, no drinks (including water) are included in the cost of dinner but standard drinks are included in the cost of water. This wasn't an issue for us cost-wise, but clarity is appreciated.

Die Anlage könnte allgemein etwas wärmer (Temperaturtechnisch) sein. Manchmal war es immer wieder sei es im Lobby Bereich/ Restaurant/ oder auch in den weiteren Räumen etwas kalt.

Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut, freundlicher Empfang, Rundgang durch das Hotel usw. Der zweite Einduck war schon differenzierter. Wir hatten die Summit Suite gebucht. Hier erlebten wir die erste Enttäuschung. Das Schlafzimmer so klein, dass man gerade so um das Bett herumgehen konnte. Der zweite Raum, what? Eine Matratze, eine Sprossenwand und ein Gymnastikball. Völlig useless. Wo sind Tisch und Stühle, um gemütlich zusammenzusitzen und Spiele machen. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, was machen Teetrinker?
Zwei Terrassen, einmal mit Blick in den Innenhof und einmal mit Blick auf das Gerümpel vom Nachbar (dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts).
Sauberkeit so la la, die tote Fliege am Fußboden hat uns jedenfalls den gesamten Aufenthalt begleitet.
Und - ein paar Handtuchhaken im Bad wären ganz nett.
Das Frühstück ist gut (Eierspeisen á la carte), allerdings wird vieles nicht mehr aufgefüllt, wenn man um 10:00 Uhr kommt sind etliche Platten leer (z.B. Kuchen). Das Personal wirkt überfordert. Die Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, so dass man keine freien Plätze findet. Es dauert sehr lange, bis eine Bestellung aufgenommen wird und noch länger bis dann endlich serviert wird.
Das Dinner dagegen hat noch viel Luft nach oben, egal ob Service oder Küche, man bemüht sich, aber das reicht nicht. Unglaublich: Der Kellner bittet um Trinkgeld in bar, weil er es sonst versteuern müsse.
Ebenfalls sehr unangenehm ist die hohe Anzahl an Hunden im Hotel.

Im Grossen und Ganzen ist das Falkensteiner sicherlich ein gutes Hotel in schöner Umgebung. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und architektonisch interessant. Warum Sprossenwand und Fitnessgeräte auf dem Zimmer waren, leuchtete mir persönlich nicht ein. Dafür waren die Zimmer etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Ich finde diesen unbedingten und übertriebenen Fokus auf „Nachhaltigkeit“ mittlerweile eher störend. Aber das ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Die vielen Ladegeräte für EVs in der Garage waren positiv. Die EUR 35 pauschal für eine Ladung von 60% auf 100% waren allerdings ein stolzer Preis pro kWh. Frühstück und Dinner empfanden wir als gut, aber nicht herausragend. Die Portionen der Hauptspeise waren eher übersichtlich. Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich. Allerdings störte mich etwas bei unserem Aufenthalt immens, was meine Beurteilung beeinträchtigte: während unseres Aufenthaltes hatte mein Mann Geburtstag. Ich teilte dies dem Hotel per Mail vorab mit, ich erwähnte es beim Empfang während des Aufenthaltes und es war auf seiner ID ersichtlich. Dennoch ignorierte das Hotel seinen Geburtstag komplett. So etwas haben wir weltweit noch nie zuvor erlebt und wird uns immer in negativer Erinnerung bleiben: das Hotel, das seine Gäste an deren Ehrentag nicht wertschätzt. Schade! Diese Corporate Policy sollte man überarbeiten.

Probably one of the most thought out facilities for comfort of the guests. Outstanding design, food. One can see customer service is a priority with this lovely operation. The best, I will search for this hotel line in future travels. Pure comfort!

We had a very good time at Falkensteiner Kronplatz. Very stylish and modern, and with very interesting architecture. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice sports pool. Good location near Kronplatz ski lift, just outside of Bruneck. Lots to explore in the vicinity. We visited in summer, so think hiking, rafting, mountain lakes, etc.
However, we weren't impressed with the fact that the rooftop pool was adults only as this wasn't clear from property details before we booked. Also, the evening "gourmet half board" was very fussy, and service was very, very inconsistent. Not at 5* level.

Overall a great hotel with nice clean amenities and great style. The only point that pulls down the experience is service in the restaurant and bar. This is not on 5* level, as not really proactive and in some cases chaotic. Empty plates remain forever on the tables, waiters looking in the room but apparently don‘t see or proactively approach the table. In the bar area the menu is handed out to the table but then nobody is showing up for taking the order so you need to go to the bar yourself to receive any drinks. That unfortunately impacts the overall experience with this great facility.

An overall great hotel, in a quiet suburb of Brunico, walking distance to the Kronplatz gondola.
Well appointed rooms, excellent food for both breakfast and dinner and a spa that covers three floors (with two swimming pool).

Hotel molto moderno e bello. Molto bella la camera anche se ho prenotato una vista montagna e mi hanno dato una vista cortile interno. Non capisco perché la navetta accompagna per un tragitto di scarsi 200 metri e non accompagna in paese. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per le piste ma non bella per il luogo.
