Had one night stay with kids, and highly recommend for safety, clean, parking and hearty buffet breakfast!!

The Hotel is beautiful the rooms large & quiet. The Staff especially Domenica, Bryan & Julia at the Bar & breakfast were kind & friendly. Bryan was the 1st Bartender in Italy & France that could make a Shaken not Stirred Dirty Martini. Hats off to him. Making unique customer order drinks majed you a Great Bar. Petit bémol : j ai dû monté mes valises et trouver ma chambre moi même ( dans tous les hôtels où j ai été , il y avait quelqu’un pour monter les bagages et montrer où se trouve la chambre . Aussi , de ma chambre j entendais les bruits des chambres voisines y compris le bruit des douches ou des sanitaires

Still chilly in April but the hotel does not have heater. The bathroom floor is tile and really slippery when wet. The night staff we met the first night is a little rude. Breakfast is good with a variety of options. Rooms are cleaned every day. One day I left my necklace on the table and it was still there after we returned.

I liked the location of the hotel as well as available parking and the quality of the breakfast.

The hotel rooms were clean but very basic and in need of updating/maintenance. Our shower and sink did not drain properly and the shower leaked into the bathroom. The room was very hot and stuffy but we could not keep the window open due to excessive noise. Breakfast was decent with a good selection however, we would recommmend avoiding dinner there like the plague. Won't bore you with the details but after waiting over 50 minutes for our main course, we cancelled our order as it was late and our friends had finished their meals. The "manager" was rude, argumentative and extremely immature, totally lacking customer service skills. The hotel reception handled the situation well but I would recommend walking five minutes down the road to Ristorante Caselli Rosticceria where we had a nice authentic meal without being abused by some arrogant young man pretending to be a manager. The location of this hotel was not the best for convenience to the main attractions, its a good 40 min walknor 15 minute Uber ride, and the closest train station is 15mins away.

We had two stays within two weeks. The first room was delightful and spacious. The second room and bathroom were small and cramped. There were several different people that staffed the front desk, some were friendly, some were not. The breakfast was always generous with many good options to choose from.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel Tiberio in Rome, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Umberto at the front desk warmly welcomed us with his positive attitude and helpful nature. He took the time to offer personalized recommendations on dining and sightseeing with a map, ensuring we made the most out of our Roman adventure. The maid service maintained our room impeccably, and the breakfast spread set the perfect tone for each day with a wide variety of delectable options. Special mention goes to Dominic, who, with his kind demeanor, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s recommended car service made transportation to and from the airport seamless and stress-free. While not located in the heart of Rome, the hotel's proximity to Vatican City is walkable and its serenely quiet nights, even with patio doors open, created a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. My only minor criticism is the lack of early morning coffee, as it wasn’t available before 7 AM. Though there was a vending machine in the lobby, it was unfortunately out of order during our stay, and the nighttime staff wasn't as helpful as their daytime counterparts. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. I hope you have the pleasure of meeting Umberto when you check in; his warmth undoubtedly enhances the experience. We will be back!
