Fabulous hotel in a great location. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

It is very hard to park in the small and packed hotel garage, plus you are charged for the parking fees.

The staff went out of the way to help. Activity and transportation options. Food selection and preparation were to notch along with the service. The bedding was so comfortable.

Lovely property in a beautiful mountain town. Val Vallunga parking lot is a short distance away. Only thing to be cautious of is this hotel has a garage that is rather small so big cars could have trouble fitting there. Otherwise, everything was great, and their restaurant was very good.

Vi havde et skønt ophold på 3 nætter på hotellet. Parkering i kælderen mod et mindre gebyr, gjorde det nemt. Meget venlig personale i receptionen som kunne hjælpe med vandreruter og gratis bus til lokalområdet. Værelset var dejlig stort, virkelig gode senge med lækkert sengetøj. Gratis vand på værelset hver dag. Fin wellness i kælderen som vi brugte en enkelt gang. Morgenmaden er med stort udvalg og manden som står for morgenmaden yder fin service med varm cacao. Der var rigtig godt styr på alt, så vi kunne nyde vores ophold. Nemt at gå til butikker, supermarked, lift og restauranter. Min største anbefaling herfra.

Ottima struttura, eccellente anche per rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto agli altri hotel della zona. Colazione ottima e variegata, dolci incredibili, c'è anche il salmone non affumicato! Personale disponibile e cortese. Peccato solo per il rumore dei lavori su una casa di fronte ma alla fine svegliarsi presto è stata una motivazione in più per fare attività di trekking nella zona! Lo consiglio

Our stay was great! We arrived to friendly staff and a beautiful lobby area. The suite we booked was spacious with complimentary waters and apples. They left robes, slippers and European chocolates on the bed, which was a nice perk. The bathrooms had nice toiletries products and plenty of towels. The hotel has its own parking garage under the building so that was nice since it was quite chilly during our stay. The restaurant could definitely use some help. It was the slowest service we had in the 2 weeks we stayed in Italy. We decided to try the restaurant since the chef wrote a book and looked very artistic with his food creations. Our parents own fine dining restaurants in Chicago and Florida, so we are definite foodies. The presentation was very nice. The risotto and the braised veal were both absolutely incredible. The shrimp presentation was so cool but shrimp was so so for the price. A table that was friends with the chef came right after our arrival and it seemed the focus went solely to them. We counted 12 people total in the restaurant and you would have thought they had a 300 cover that evening. We were seated with wine we ordered at the bar and didn’t have our appetizer for an hour and 20 minutes. We had empty water and wine for almost an hour and finally got up to order more ourselves at the bar. We probably would have ordered a bottle once we knew we liked it and even a dessert but we were just over the terrible service. I would never eat here again.

Everything perfect, particularly the staff. Bathroom could be bigger and there were too few hooks to hang the clothes on.

매우 즐거웠습니다. 호텔은 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있습니다. 조식도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 작지만 알차게 스파 시설 있어서 좋았구요. 주차장도 조금 좁지만 어떻게든 주차가 되더라구요. 창 밖으로 보는 뷰도 너무 아름다왔습니다.. 소소한 단점 몇가지.. 꼭대기 층은 뷰는 이쁜데, 리프트가 꼭대기 까지 안되어 있어서 한층은 걸어가야 합니다. 그리고 조식 시간이 좀 늦어요ㅠ.. 8시 부터였는데, 보통 주변 등산 포인트들의 주차장이 아침에 만석이 되는 사정을 생각하면 좀 더 일찍 제공되면 좋겠네요. 그게 안되면 조식 박스라도 제공이 좀 되면 좋았을 것 같습니다.

Flott beliggenhet og god standard på hotellet. Førsteklasses kundeservice både i resepsjon og restaurant. Gode anbefalinger for fotturer og sykkelturer i området. Meget god frokost med stort utvalg.

Room is clean, cozy and of a good size. We got the room with an impressive mountain view. Breakfast was good. We drove to the hotel and parking was easy. It is also within walking distance to the supermarket and bus stop.

Hotel was amazing

Dejlig morgenmad. Vi manglede et sted hvor man kunne sidde og slappe af uden at man nødvendigvis skulle købe noget i baren.

Nice hotel in good location for our hiking needs. Very simple check in/out and staff very friendly and welcoming. Bedrooms a little dated but spacious as was bathroom but super clean everywhere. Communial areas very nice. Breakfast late at 8am start, by 9am food all gone so arrive early. Needed music In breakfast room as so quiet and awkward. Parking was additional fee that we weren’t made aware upon check in. Wasn’t expensive though. I’d stay here again and would recommend.
