Right next to the train station. Easy access to most of the city attractions. Good price and only great for a short stay like one or two days. Property is nicer!!

Struttura vecchia, bagno da rivedere assolutamente, stanza rumorosa per la strada, ma siamo in centro....per una notte può andare!

Personal muy atento y amable, el inconveniente fue que no había agua caliente para bañarnos por la mañana, y no había personal para reportarlo; además nos tocó en un tercer piso y no tienen Elevador. Cosas buenas, Habitación muy limpia, amplia y la calefacción trabaja muy bien.

This hotel was clean and close to dining options close to Santa Maria Novella. Being across from the train station, it helped with settling into our trip fast. Would stay here again.

Great choice near train station

This was a bad experience. Really, the only positive side to this property is the location near the train station. The condition of the building is bad. If you have heavy bags get ready to lift them up by yourself because there is no elevator - only a lot of steep stairs. The only relatively good experience was with the lady that cleans the rooms. Toilet was broken and it leaked. Bed sheets were not clean. You can readily notice that they never wash the bed decorations. There was a really bad sewer smell at the entrance, and the hotel is right in front of 2 bus stops so the noise starts from the very early morning. If you get the first floor room you are in bad luck because of the lack of insulation to the weather and to the sound. Staff service is so limited. The hotel's owner does not afford a full-time staff so if you find yourself needing something you are in bad luck because the staff is rarely there. If you are smart - you will stay away from this property.

We stayed at Bella Firenze during our Italy trip with kids in Sep 2024. Hotel is walking distance from train station, has good facilities and staff , spacious room. Recommend this hotel for stay in Florence.

It is a good hotel and I would stay there again. It was a bit confusing at first to get in necause you need a code, but the staff were very friendly overall. Great AC, and it had a mini fridge (not common in Italy).

It was ok. Clean enough but could really use a fresh coat of paint and some new grout in the bathroom. Also it’s rather noisy if you get a room facing the street as it is right next to some kind of bus station. It didn’t prevent me from getting a good night’s sleep.

가격은 상대적으로 저렴한 편입니다. 화장실 환풍기가 소음이 너무 심하여 사용할 수 없었으며, 에어콘도 시원하지 않아 고쳐줄 것을 요청했습니다. 에어컨은 하루 관광하는 동안 고쳐주었습니다. 청소와 방정리는 만족할 만큼 잘 해 주었습니다. 직원들은 비교적 친절한 편이었으나 첫날 시티택스를 지불했음에도, 다음날 다른 직원이 못받았다고 하더라 라고 해서 당황했습니다. 한번 더 머물겠느냐라고 묻는다면 글쎄요라고 대답할것 같습니다. 아, 한가지 더, 엘리베이터가 없어 짐을들고 올라가야 한다는 것도 알고 있어야할 것 같습니다.

Recomdable, muy cerca de estacion de tren

Hotel was unattended B&B without the second B. No breakfast, no front desk. Close to the train station, but SUPER EXPENSIVE for no services. View of heating/AC system. Check in girl was very nice. No cold water, which is unusual.

No sé hospeden en este lugar, de verdad fue una pésima experiencia. Nuestra habitación era familiar para 4 personas, dos adultos y dos niños. La habitación estaba lleno de humedad, todas las paredes manchadas, la mesa sucia, la cama sucia con cabellos. Además hacía mucho frío y la calefacción no servía, se les pidieron 4 cobijas y solo nos dieron 3. Pedimos se nos cambiara de habitación y el encargado dijo que no se podía ya que era la única habitación grande disponible. Pedí un reembolso y nos dijeron que solo nos podían devolver un 20% (fue la única cosa rescatable) De verdad fue una muy mala y desagradable experiencia, por supuesto no lo recomiendo y no volvería a hospedarme en este lugar.
