Arredamento da ammodernare. Soprattutto il bagno. Ma camera molto spaziosa e silenziosa. Buia al punto giusto.

Tutto nella media. Muri sporchi, nessun frigobar nella stanza e nessun set di cortesia con spazzolino e dentifricio. Tolto ciò, la stanza era ben insonorizzata, pulita e l'hotel è situato a due passi da una fermata dell'autobus.

Everything was so nice especially the staff. The bed & pillows were a little hard

Ho avuto enormi problemi per avere la fattura. Infatti, non ce l'ho. Provo a contattarvi ma è impossibile !! Gradirei ricevere ina Vs telefonata al numero 3938048711. Grazie.

Hotel 4 stelle nella media, un pò vecchio, i bagni da rinnovare, vicino al centro

Notre vol ayant été annulé, nous n'avons pu profiter de cet hôtel. J'ai, dès le 04/10 prévenu d'annuler cette réservation et de procéder au remboursement de la somme déjà versée, mais aucune réponse à ce jour !!! C'est inadmissible. Je vais donc procéder par voie judiciaire.

Hotel comodo per le nostre esigenze, con parcheggio davanti a solo 3€ al giorno. Camera con letto comodissimo e doccia fantastica, unico neo non c’era il frigo bar. Colazione nella norma.

O quarto era grande e confortável, porém não tinha frigobar e apareceu uma barata.

I booked this hotel as it was labeled as a 4-star and quickly realized, upon arrival, that it was not the luxury hotel it purports to be. The front desk attendant must have been overwhelmed that day, because, he seemed frustrated and rushed the check in process. He handed us the keys and didn't explain anything about breakfast, WiFi, etc...the normal. I visited Rome, because, I had an event that night and of course there was no iron in my room. I returned to the front desk to obtain one and he informed me that they were all checked out for the day by other guests. If you don't have enough irons for every room why would you check them all out without collecting them back? When I asked for a solution he didn't seem to care about my dilemma and I felt dismissed. As a result I went to my event with wrinkled clothes. I went back to my room and attempted to wash my face and the soap dispenser fell apart in my hand. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the Colosseum though so that was a good thing. It's a small budget hotel that's good for short visits, but don't have too high of an expectation. They didn't even ask how my stay was when I checked out, because, obviously they don't care.

It was extremely hot in the room so it was very difficult to fall asleep. Keeping the window wasn’t an option due to the sound of traffic. The hotel didn’t want to turn on the AC as they didn’t think it was warm enough though it was 26 degrees Celsius during the days.

did not like the idea that they don't turn on air conditioning - so can't turn on in room -all excuses as manager doesn't authorize to environmental issues -yet lobby had it

The prize was really good. But rhey did not offer alternatives to go

Mi son trovato bene anche se per soli due giorni.

This was most definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. First of all, the first room we got was very dirty so we requested a change. We got the change and it was not much of a difference. The comforter was dirty. The walls were dirty. The bathroom was dirty, and the room had a distinct smell. Right when we were trying to settle in, we noticed a lot of other things. The sink in the bathroom was completely broken and was dripping all over the floor. The toilet seat looked old and dirty even after we disinfected it, and the bidet had bugs coming out of it. Please stay away from this hotel. It is not four stars.

La camera ed il bagno sembravano pulitissimi ma i gommini sulla tavola del wc hanno chiaramente visto giorni migliori, io voglio pensare che sia segno del tempo ma una parte di me mi dice che quella è usura da urina. Non so quale sia la risposta giusta ma in generale li cambierei
