Everything at Hotel Del Levante is geared to make your stay unforgettable. The view is breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The animation team are very thoughtful, kind and considerate. They are fun to be with and work so hard to make everyone welcome and included - from small children to 80/90 year old grand-parents.
The food is amazing and the snack bar is simply perfect.

The only thing missing was railing on stairs. It was dangerous as floors are ceramic tiles and extremely slippery. There were a lot of elderly tourists in the hotel and not all used lifts. I wanted to mention it and feel it is important that railing be installed. There is an accident lurking to happen.

La struttura dichiara di essere un 4 stelle superior ma non è assolutamente vicina a quella categoria. I punti di forza sono:
1)La spiaggia privata e gli operatori che la gestiscono bene nonostante la maleducazione dei clienti(occupano ombrelloni e lettini dalla mattina alle 8 anche senza poi utilizzarli).
2)Il bar ed i ragazzi che lo gestiscono, sempre gentili e disponibili. I prezzi del bar abbordabili.
3)I ragazzi dell'animazione. Sempre allegri, disponibili e mai invadenti. Spettacoli divertenti ed intrattenimento per i bimbi ottimo.
I punti deboli:
1) Accoglienza pessima. Alla reception appena arrivati un ragazzo sgarbato nei modi ci ha dato le chiavi della camera senza spiegarci nulla sugli usi e costumi della struttura. Alle nostre domande, le sue rusposte erano ermetiche e con tono infastidito creando riluttanza ed imbarazzo nel chiedere altro.
2) Le camere e l'aspetto generale dell albergo sono decisamente antiquati.
3) Il ristorante è a mio avviso vergognoso, sia per la gestione (anche se i camerieri sono molto disponibili ed educati) che per la qualità dei piatti. Cantina praticamente inesistente.
In futuro torneremo sicuramente in questi luoghi stupendi ma di certo non in questa struttura che abbiamo trovato molto cara rispetto ai servizi offerti.

Hotel direttamente il mare con lido privato e piscine per adulti e bambini. Ho pernottato per lavoro ma avere il mare a due passi è sempre una bella sensazione. Ho cenato al ristorante e ringrazio il personale di sala sempre molto gentile è disponibile. Ho avuto un problema con una camera e sono stati rapidissimo a cambiarmela. Ci tornerò ad Agosto con la famiglia per godermi il mare.

The hotel is right on the beach. Not the nicest beach but not the worst. The pool was nice but it was too cold to swim. The room was extremely hot and couldn’t get the A/C to work. After talking to the staff I was told that the A/C wasn’t working and that the only thing that could be done was turn off the heater. Which I’m not sure why was on in the first place. Had to open the window to cool down the room but no breeze came in through the window so I had to fan in the cool air for a while to bring down the temperature in the room.

Had to change room three times because of air-vent noise. Then was told we had to move out the day before our final day due to over booking. Eventually I complained and we stayed till our final date.

The Levante double booked the room and therefore were not able to honour the booking for which we had already paid!
Alternative accomodation was offered in a sister hotel 15 minutes drive away inland (the only purpose in booking this hotel was because it is next door to the hotel where my parents were staying and because it is by the sea).
In the end, after demanding to speak to the manager, we were offered a better solution in a hotel nearer to this one, even though the receptionist had previously told us there was no availability.
The explanation of how overbooking was possible was very unclear so I can only assume it is their policy to overbook.

All'arrivo in hotel nel parcheggio c'è il personale addetto che ti indica dove parcheggiare. Alla reception il personale è molto cortese e veloce nel brigare le pratiche di arrivo. Purtroppo però si aspetta un pò per l'ascensore dato che ce ne uno solo per tutto l'albergo (l'altro è un montacarichi a disposizione del personale di servizio). La stanza era molto pulita e la vista era fantastica. Il condizionatore faceva un pò rumore. Ho cenato in pizzeria sempre facente parte dell'albergo bello il posto ma la pizza era praticamente senza sale. La spiaggia dove hai l'ombrellone garantito, è bella ma molto stretta ovvero sei praticamente attaccato al tuo "vicino". In alternativa c'è il patio adiacente alla piscina dove ci siamo trasferiti per i motivi di cui sopra. L'intrattenimento è nel giusto ne troppo frenetico ne troppo statico. Nel complesso è un buon albergo tenuto in condizioni estetiche buone dato che si trova di fronte al mare. Consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla anche con bambini.

La struttura è interessante ma il personale in generale è mediocre fatta eccezione di qualcuno se rientri di sera tardi alla reception quasi non ti ascoltano e non ti augurano una buonanotte ......

Old hotel, with an excellent location! Horrible service at the reception counter! Good service at breakfast and beach! The wi-fi with lots of failures! Ridiculous bath towels... Bad experience overall facing cost of stay!

Albergo carino ma non da quattro stelle.ottima la posizione sul mare.spiaggia ampia e ben attrezzata.camera normale con bagno senza finestra e poco illuminato.colazione abbondante ma non di qualita.torte e cornetti industriali.nel complesso un buon hotel ma potrebbe migliorare

The hotel is right on the beach. Not the nicest beach but not the worst. The pool was nice but it was too cold to swim. The room was extremely hot and couldn’t get the A/C to work. After talking to the staff I was told that the A/C wasn’t working and that the only thing that could be done was turn off the heater. Which I’m not sure why was on in the first place. Had to open the window to cool down the room but no breeze came in through the window so I had to fan in the cool air for a while to bring down the temperature in the room.

Had to change room three times because of air-vent noise. Then was told we had to move out the day before our final day due to over booking. Eventually I complained and we stayed till our final date.

The Levante double booked the room and therefore were not able to honour the booking for which we had already paid!
Alternative accomodation was offered in a sister hotel 15 minutes drive away inland (the only purpose in booking this hotel was because it is next door to the hotel where my parents were staying and because it is by the sea).
In the end, after demanding to speak to the manager, we were offered a better solution in a hotel nearer to this one, even though the receptionist had previously told us there was no availability.
The explanation of how overbooking was possible was very unclear so I can only assume it is their policy to overbook.

All'arrivo in hotel nel parcheggio c'è il personale addetto che ti indica dove parcheggiare. Alla reception il personale è molto cortese e veloce nel brigare le pratiche di arrivo. Purtroppo però si aspetta un pò per l'ascensore dato che ce ne uno solo per tutto l'albergo (l'altro è un montacarichi a disposizione del personale di servizio). La stanza era molto pulita e la vista era fantastica. Il condizionatore faceva un pò rumore. Ho cenato in pizzeria sempre facente parte dell'albergo bello il posto ma la pizza era praticamente senza sale. La spiaggia dove hai l'ombrellone garantito, è bella ma molto stretta ovvero sei praticamente attaccato al tuo "vicino". In alternativa c'è il patio adiacente alla piscina dove ci siamo trasferiti per i motivi di cui sopra. L'intrattenimento è nel giusto ne troppo frenetico ne troppo statico. Nel complesso è un buon albergo tenuto in condizioni estetiche buone dato che si trova di fronte al mare. Consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla anche con bambini.
