El hotel es bonito, comodo, muy buena ubicación, buen desayuno y buen servicio del comedor y del personal de limpieza. El unico tema que tuvimos fue que la persona de recepcion que nos atendio en el check in y out fue muy grosero y despota, es una lastima que todo estuvo muy bien y que la persona que te recibe y te despide te trate mal y se nego hablar en ingles.

Located next to the train station. Ten min walk to the Duomo. Many restaurants within walking distance. It occupies one floor in a multi-story building. It was a little challenging to find it because the hotel sign was one of several other hotels and pensiones in the building. They have an agreement with a parking garage about a block away so it was convenient. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, although the bathroom was small and shower very small.

Very close to train station. Easy to go out sightseeing as hop on hop off starting point is only a short walk away.
Reception staff were so kind and helpful.
Hotel is on the third floor but there is a lift so no need to worry about climbing up stairs

Low frills comfortable hotel. Shower is tiny, there should be glasses in rooms, and tea/coffee making facilities would be nice. Otherwise comfortable bed, convenient location, easy to walk to all attractions. Very quiet rooms. Recommend- good value for money

This place is walkable from the train station and only a block away. It's an easy walk to find food and where you meet for day tours. There are some stairs you have to carry your luggage up but there is an elevator to get up to the hotel.

The property was drab and dismal: small rooms, not enough room for your suitcase; had to go up two flights of stairs, thankfully staff helped with luggage. Wouldn't stay there. Checked out early and went to a different hotel.

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre ville, idéal pour visité Florence à pied. La chambre est confortable et le personnel est sympa. Le petit dej est compris, même si y a pas beaucoup de choix proposer dans le buffet mais ça fait l'affaire quand même. Je recommande cet hôtel 👍.

My stay was excellent the room was very clean the breakfast was better than I thought it was going to be. My only gripe was Sunday Morning construction workers outside jackhammering at 8am avoid rm 18 lol. The location was great close to everything. Shopping great food make sure to visit Central Market!!!!
