Cet hôtel est très bien situé près du Ponte Vecchio. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue magnifique et la chambre a été rénovée avec goût.

Really good experience and the staffs went well beyond means to make is comfortable. The reception arranged for early morning (4am) breakfast on the day of check out.

It’s the best location for eating, drinking, shopping and seeing the history of it all. It’s a boutique style hotel with an awesome rooftop bar and restaurant and view. We had a 24 hour delay back to the US due to weather and the hotel staff accommodated our every need from transportation to other things to do while we spent an extra day there, to include assistance with opening a few bottles of wine for us. Emmanuel was even on the phone with airlines trying to assist us in rebooking our alternative flights back to the US. Can’t wait to stay there again during our next visit and will recommend them to all our friends. Ciao’.

La recepción del hotel es preciosa y los recepcionistas son muy amables, las habitaciones en cambio son bastante justas y estan reformadas pero les falta cariño y el baño es diminuto. El estado en general parece descuidado.

Traveling for 30 days in Europe, the reviews for this hotel are mixed. The hotel is old and in desprit need of a remodel. The check in was ok, the staff is ok. The wifi is not good, the room is tiny , maybe 100 SQ ft. The breakfast is ok but better choices outside. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was incredible. The best room we had in our whole day in Italy. It was so spacious so clean and we absolutely love the tub. The staff was very nice and also suggested a few restaurants. It was very close to a lot of shopping areas. Everything is walkable we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very convenient with a lot of options. I feel like the price that we paid for this hotel was very reasonable and I would definitely come back and stay here, clean and quiet. We definitely felt safe here.
