Walking distance to all the sightseeing places in Florence. Friendly staff, especially Lucia at the front reception office, makes the stay memorable! Lucia gave us a quick overview of Florence including the museums, the parks, the restaurants and the Christmas market. This is beyond my past experience at any hotels including Ritz and Conrad which are known for the high quality of services. Thank you!

Wonderful hotel! Beautifully decorated but what made the difference was the staff. From check in, to porter, to breakfast attendants, everyone went out of their way to welcome you and offer thoughtful suggestions. Don’t think twice, stay at this hotel.

We booked an 'iconic room' and it was perfection. Very large, beautiful ceiling, ultra clean, wonderful bed and bathroom. The check in process was easy and comfortable, and the staff are top notch. The location of the hotel was also great, lots of great dining near by and a good base camp for walking the central streets of Florence.

Room was quite nice, but very noisy… drain pipes and banging, not outside sounds; probably an issue specific to the room. Considerable water damage between the shower and sink, room lighting seems designed for one occupant.

Die Lage war einfach perfekt – mitten in der Stadt, aber dennoch überraschend ruhig. Das Hotel selbst ist modern und stilvoll, die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, makellos sauber und bieten eine geräumige Dusche, die für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgt.
Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem war es ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, und wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Florenz wieder hier zu übernachten. Ein echtes Juwel in dieser wunderschönen Stadt!

Ho soggiornato solo 1 notte camera Cosy si sviluppa a in lunghezza.
Forse un po' buia (solo una finestra che dava nella via con palazzo di fronte) e niente terrazzino ma per il resto perfetta. Dotata di ogni comfort.
Silenziosa. Letto King comodo con scelta cuscini. Angolo con tavolino e comode poltrone. Corner snack e frigo bar riforniti bene con prezzi onesti. Personale alla reception gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Posizione eccellente per visitare la città.

施設のデザインと立地に惹かれて予約しましたが、泊まった後の感想は、品がよく丁寧な対応ながらフレンドリーで親切な接客が記憶に残るものでした。
それと、室内のスリッパがビーチサンダルなのもよかった。裸足感覚でくつろげました。
