Hotel Spadai staff greeted us with smiles and kindness. It was extremely hot upon our arrival in Florence and the property offered great air conditioning to escape the heat. The property itself is in a fantastic location; walkable to pretty much everything we wanted to see and do in Florence. The bed was comfortable, and the spa bath in our room was the perfect way to relax after weeks of walking around Europe for more than 7 miles a day. The hotel has a lovely spiral staircase on the 5th floor that leads up to a viewing space offering 360 degree views of the surrounding area. The included breakfast was phenomenal and the breakfast room staff were so helpful and courteous. Thank you Hotel Spadai for a beautiful stay and great memories.

We LOVED our stay - rooms were beautiful and so clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location was convenient and the amenities - complimentary welcome drink, refreshed daily mini bar, robes, toiletries etc were thoughtful and a surprise and delight!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days as part of our Italian vacation. The location was excellent!! Literally 250 steps away from the duomo. Very walkable. We booked a basic room and it met our expectations- was clean and decent sized. The breakfast was varied and the baked goods were very tasty. The breakfast space was small and awkward, but they did the best with the space. They will make your eggs to order, but aren't clear about this. I wish I knew this earlier in the stay. Improvements could be made with the breakfast wait staff; it took a little long to clear plates and get refills. You can access the main elevator without interacting with the front desk staff which we actually kind of liked. We did find them helpful on the few occasions that we needed assistance. Book this hotel for the location! We felt like it was a good value.

Great stay with an extensive buffet breakfast and made to order options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop access point where you can see The Duomo. The hotel is a 1 minute walk to The Duomo and in the middle of everything so we walked everywhere. There is also a stocked mini fridge in the room with drinks (included). We took a cab from the train station to the hotel with our luggage and were dropped off at the front door. This is the sister hotel of Hotel Artemide in Rome with the same amenities.

I thought this was a nice hotel and well worth the price I paid. I would recommend this hotel to any staying Florence. I thought the Bar area was a nice touch to this hotel as well. Definitely a 4 star hotel.

Excellent stay at Hotel Spadai. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the Duomo, other attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very professional, welcoming, and always greeting us when coming and going. The rooms were modern, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Small touches like complimentary snacks/drinks and the overall attention to detail really elevated the experience. We also booked the spa and massage experience, which was absolutely excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. It was the perfect way to relax after long days exploring Florence. Breakfast was just ok, but that may have been because we arrived near the end of service. Overall, Hotel Spadai exceeded expectations. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Fomos super bem recebidos no check-in, mais cedo do que o horário previsto, com direito a um voucher de cocktail de boas vindas. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Cama ótima, com travesseiros excelentes e de tipos e alturas diferentes, armário amplo e boa iluminação natural. O banheiro é realmente grande, com banheira de hidromassagem e bidê, espelho grande, bem iluminado. No entanto, o box do banheiro é muito pequeno, ainda mais pensando no tamanho do banheiro como um todo. Não custava nada ter aumentado o espaço do chuveiro em uns 10cm. Já faria toda a diferença. Além disso, a porta do box estava desregulada e não fechava direito, molhando todo o chão do banheiro. Mesmo assim, muito bom com secador de toalhas, de cabelo e espelho de maquiagem para as mulheres. O café da manhã era farto, variado, com opções de comidas e cafés a la carte, além do buffet. Excelente hotel, com ótimo custo-benefício.

Hotel Spadai was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Florence and Italy overall. Staff was welcoming, friendly and kind. We stayed in a Comfort Double Room and it was plenty of space for the two of us. Amenities were first class all around - we enjoyed a delightful spread for breakfast each morning and amazing drinks and included appetizers during Happy Hour each night. Location was perfect - within walking distance of Duomo and so many restaurants and shops. Hotel was very close to train station. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Spadai again on any future trip to Florence and were very sad to leave.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days as part of our Italian vacation. The location was excellent!! Literally 250 steps away from the duomo. Very walkable. We booked a basic room and it met our expectations- was clean and decent sized. The breakfast was varied and the baked goods were very tasty. The breakfast space was small and awkward, but they did the best with the space. They will make your eggs to order, but aren't clear about this. I wish I knew this earlier in the stay. Improvements could be made with the breakfast wait staff; it took a little long to clear plates and get refills. You can access the main elevator without interacting with the front desk staff which we actually kind of liked. We did find them helpful on the few occasions that we needed assistance. Book this hotel for the location! We felt like it was a good value.

Great stay with an extensive buffet breakfast and made to order options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop access point where you can see The Duomo. The hotel is a 1 minute walk to The Duomo and in the middle of everything so we walked everywhere. There is also a stocked mini fridge in the room with drinks (included). We took a cab from the train station to the hotel with our luggage and were dropped off at the front door. This is the sister hotel of Hotel Artemide in Rome with the same amenities.

I thought this was a nice hotel and well worth the price I paid. I would recommend this hotel to any staying Florence. I thought the Bar area was a nice touch to this hotel as well. Definitely a 4 star hotel.

Excellent stay at Hotel Spadai. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the Duomo, other attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very professional, welcoming, and always greeting us when coming and going. The rooms were modern, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Small touches like complimentary snacks/drinks and the overall attention to detail really elevated the experience. We also booked the spa and massage experience, which was absolutely excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. It was the perfect way to relax after long days exploring Florence. Breakfast was just ok, but that may have been because we arrived near the end of service. Overall, Hotel Spadai exceeded expectations. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Fomos super bem recebidos no check-in, mais cedo do que o horário previsto, com direito a um voucher de cocktail de boas vindas. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Cama ótima, com travesseiros excelentes e de tipos e alturas diferentes, armário amplo e boa iluminação natural. O banheiro é realmente grande, com banheira de hidromassagem e bidê, espelho grande, bem iluminado. No entanto, o box do banheiro é muito pequeno, ainda mais pensando no tamanho do banheiro como um todo. Não custava nada ter aumentado o espaço do chuveiro em uns 10cm. Já faria toda a diferença. Além disso, a porta do box estava desregulada e não fechava direito, molhando todo o chão do banheiro. Mesmo assim, muito bom com secador de toalhas, de cabelo e espelho de maquiagem para as mulheres. O café da manhã era farto, variado, com opções de comidas e cafés a la carte, além do buffet. Excelente hotel, com ótimo custo-benefício.

Very quiet despite Perfect location minute from Duomo. Great bathroom with nice shower. Comfortable bed. Room could be a little bigger. Breakfast had great selection. Welcome drink and appetizers nice touch.

Love this hotel. We always stay here when in Florence. Great hotel base to discover and explore Florence. The hotel rooms and surrounding areas are spotless and the cleaning and reception staff are super friendly.

Was kinda skeptical about what everyone said about the breakfast in their reviews, but it’s true, best hotel breakfast we’ve had anywhere! Also loved how they stocked the mini fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks! Great location and clean and lovely!

Hotel Spadai was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Florence and Italy overall. Staff was welcoming, friendly and kind. We stayed in a Comfort Double Room and it was plenty of space for the two of us. Amenities were first class all around - we enjoyed a delightful spread for breakfast each morning and amazing drinks and included appetizers during Happy Hour each night. Location was perfect - within walking distance of Duomo and so many restaurants and shops. Hotel was very close to train station. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Spadai again on any future trip to Florence and were very sad to leave.
