Their parking was already full when I booked and tried to reserve. So (if parking is important for you) I suggest you to contact the hotel and book your place of parking in advance before booking your room. Meanwhile, during the night we parked our car on the street, it was easy, the only issue is to leave/ pay for the spot in the old city at 8 o’clock the next day.

Location was great as we stayed 3 nights. Staff was very helpful.
The only negative beds and pillows were not so comfortable and are in need of updating to be considered luxury in terms of Canadian standards.

Good location. Stayed in loft on top floor - it was huge. A view of rooftops only. No balcony. Only drawback was the shower in a tub with a small glass door that didn't keep all the water in. Also, shower pressure and heat was sporadic. Don't give you coffee pucks on second day unless you pay for them.

The room was very central clean and spacious with a few parking slots ( extra fee).
No service.
If you need a car park, you have strictly to follow the description, otherwise you could have trouble. We recommend this place and we would come back again.

Real nice apt. Clean spacious in a great location. You can basically walk to everything,shops restaurants sightseeing bus tours etc. Paid for parking which was right at the back door ,inside and secure. The staff were super friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay here again.10/10 👍
