とにかくご飯が美味しい！ 温泉も部屋以外に3つもあるのがまた良い。 湯の壺街道が近く観光も出来るが旅館に行く時の道が狭くて大きすぎる車だと入れないんじゃないかな？自分はノアだったからなんとか曲がれたけど…そこだけ注意すれば上質なお宿だとおススメできる！

Excellent location, food for half board was outstanding, staff immediately responsive to any requests. Couldn't be more pleased with our stay.

개인탕이 있는 방이어서 이용하기 좋았고 식사가 아주 정갈하였다.

I chose this property mainly for its location, as it seemed close to 湯之坪 and the shopping area. The onsen hotel is a standalone Japanese‑style house, which made the stay feel more authentic. We slept on tatami, which was a unique experience for us. Getting up from the floor was a bit challenging for me, but the futon mattress—with its cooling topper—was incredibly comfortable. We also had our meals served in the room. Although each dish came in small portions, the full course was more than enough to fill me up. The dining table is low, as is typical in traditional Japanese rooms, so you’re essentially sitting or kneeling on the floor. After eating, getting up became even harder. Our room included a private hot spring, which was one of the main reasons I splurged on this stay. However, I could see someone else’s balcony from the bath area, so my husband had to hang a cloth to block the view. Aside from that, my only real complaint is that the staff seemed to rush us through the meal. I’m usually a fast eater, but when I choose in‑room dining, I want the freedom to take photos and enjoy the experience without feeling pressured. We didn’t use the dining hall, which is the alternative option and offers regular tables and chairs. Still, we wanted to try the full Japanese-style experience this time.

온천이 프라이빗해서 좋았고, 조식도 맛있었어요. 방도 깨끗하고 따뜻했습니다. 다만 체크인때 직원분이 안계셔서 좀 기다려야 했어요.

我們提早在下午一點抵達，櫃檯人員親切地提早讓我們入住。旅館景色優美，有三個不同的溫泉池可以使用，最令人難以忘懷的是豐盛精緻的晚餐及早餐；當我們已經無法再吃下任何東西時，餐廳人員還詢問是否需要將餐後的冰淇淋送至房間讓我們晚一點再享用，雖然最終忍痛放棄，當餐廳人員露出了可惜的表情時，相信下次拜訪由布院時，我會再度選擇古都の花心。

너무 깨끗하고 친절한 료칸 맛있는 석식 & 조식 야외 프라이빗 온천들이 환상적 -날씨 좋은 날에는 야외 온천에서는 유후다케산이 보이는 곳도 있고, 하늘이 예쁘게 보이는 온천도 있어서 다양하게 즐길 수 있음

짧은 리뷰: 주변 료칸에 비해 싼 장점, 그만큼 청결도나 디테일 한 부분은 아쉽다 조식을 신청해 먹을만큼 가치가 있지는 않다. 추가 요금 없이 싼 일반 방 예약해 공용욕실을 하는것 추천. 리뷰: 체크인 직원분들이 몹시 친절했습니다 방 내부 청경하고 다다미 방의 전통스러운 맛이 있어 좋았고, 물도 씻은후 피부가 매끈매끈해져 좋습니다. 료칸 방 내에 목욕 가운 같은 간단한 전통 유카타와 외투를 줘 한번 입어보는 재미있는 체험을 했습니다. 공용 온천도 기다림 없이 편히 이용했습니다. 체크아웃 후 귀여운 열쇠고리를 주었습니다 좋은 추억이 되었어요. 아쉬운 점은 온천이였는데요. 주변의 료칸에 비해 싼 장점이 있지만 청결도는 아쉬웠습니다 공동 온천의 탈의실에 알수없는 지린 냄새(?)와 몸을 씻는 공간의 물 때등 온천의 청결도가 아쉬웠습니다. 료칸 방의 개인 온천이 있는 공간 또한 씻는 공간의 청결도가 아쉬웠습니다 온탕 돌 표면이 물때로 미끈미끈해 찝찝했습니다. 온천이 실외에 있어 어쩔수 없다 생각 하지만 바퀴벌레를 발견했습니다 굳이 비싼 가격을 추가해 료칸 아침밥을 먹을 만큼 식사 퀄리티가 높지는 않고. 간단한 일본 아침식이라, 그냥 근처마트에서 미리 장을 보거나 유후인 가게에서 식사를 하는것이 좋지않나 생각합니다

とにかく立地がいい！　オフシーズンの安い価格で泊まるならオススメできます。安い部屋は2部屋あり、片方は機械室に隣接しているのでうるさいかもしれませんが、もう片方は奥の方にあり、ほとんど気にならず快適でした。

スタッフは外国人でしたがとても丁寧に対応していただきました。温泉は3つ有り夜、朝で2つ入りました。とても気持ち良かったです。

Stayed in a separate room with children. The room was a little old but clean and comfortable. We didn't have to worry about the noise from the children because it was a separate room. There was a private hot spring bath, which was very nice. The food was very tasty and there was more than we could eat. The staff were all very kind, friendly to the children, and the service was excellent. All in all, the hot spring resort exceeded my expectations and I would like to return. Thank you very much.

Wonderful experience at this private hot springs hotel. The half board meals was great especially the dinner which was almost the best kaiseki I ever had.

A very nice, quiet natural environment. Polite and warm staff. The onsens are very refreshing. The one in the room provides further privacy though it’s small. The hotel is only 15 minutes walk from the JR station. The AEon and Daiso are in the neighbourhood. I will choose the same hotel if I come here again

요번에 2번째 이용하는 숙소이나, 요번에는 그다지 만족스럽지 못했다. 먼저 온천탕이 3곳이 있기는 하나 탕 1곳은 좁고 음습하며, 탕에 들어가기 전에 있는 매트는 축축해서 밟고 있으면 왠지 찝찝한 느낌이 들었다. 또한 석식 가이세키를 2번 먹는 먹었는데 지난 번 왔을 때와 틀리게 음식들이 너무 짜고, 너무 기름져서 반도 안 먹었습니다. 뭔가 초심을 잃은 느낌이었습니다.

スタッフの方が、外国人の方が多かったですが皆さん丁寧に対応して頂きゆっくりと出来ました。
