Neptune Beach Resort

The builder's started work at 5am in the morning making lot of noises, i had to live the hotel one day earlier because of early morning noise very bad

This property is nice, but the pool was small pool and the sun chairs had no umbrellas. It was shaded however you had to move your chair often due to the sun/shade depending on time of day. But overall, it was a good experience. Rooms were nice and clean but noisy hallways.

It was pleasant stay. The all inclusive package comes with free wine, beer, soda juice and snacks. Comes in handy when you have kids

Everyone wanted money. The evening DJ refused to play anything but brain washing Bass repetitive music just like brain washing. When I asked this to be changed for 2 nights I was told Hakna Mata. Which usually means No problem except for when there is a Problem. In frustration I left the hotel but was told that I could not as I owed about 20,000 KSH. 1000 had already been paid. I said put it on my credit card like a good hotel would do. They said No I must pay in cash. This in violation of multiple laws. So it is a beautiful location with wonderful staff and food and Services. I highly recommend the Hotel with the stipulation that in you want to be asked for extra money in violation of the Law and a place where you get what they want and not what you want... PLEASE Stay here. I won't.

Enjoyable

Great trip for rest and relaxation. Tough to enjoy the beach with people always trying to sell you stuff. But found the public beach which was a lot more fun and enjoyable.

Got a great welcome from all the staff. The hotel was very quiet - not many guests. Everything was as expected from previous visits. The food was excellent - sometimes plate service and sometimes buffet. The rooms were always cleaned well and towels were changed daily. The staff were always very helpful. The usual entertainment was on almost every night - acrobats, dancers.

The hotel is clean.long beach full of hotels. Very poor service in all ways.food is ox liver 2times a week .you get the most cheapest wine on earth and only one brand. Non service minded workers,but very polite.un experienced bartenders.TOO EXPENSIVE HOTEL for what you get in return.spend your all inclusive somewhere else if you really want to enjoy.

Most of the hotels along Bamburi Beach are rundown and this is no exception. The towels are old, stained and rough and there was really nothing to compliment the hotel about. However, this is East Africa and one has to remember that the corruption and civil strive has hit the tourism industry hard.

The stay was very nice and enjoyable

I was at this hotel for work purposes and I must say i was amazed by everything in this hotel, the staff are amazing and accommodated most of my request at all hours.

Godt sted og god mad , det eneste minus er at sengen er ikke god og der er russere som kan være meget højt rystende.

Really Enjoyed my stay there, Great Animation Team who will keep you on your toes with activities of sorts, water sports, stretches .. etc and also some nightlife shows, the place was fun. Pools are nice, and the staff very friendly. Great variety of cuisine selections as well, for the 3 main meals.

Das Hotel ist wie wir finden einfach empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, alles funktionierte. Das Servicepersonal ist einsame spitze. Die Jungs und Mädels sind freundlich, zuvorkommend und geben ihr bestes um euch den Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu machen. Also ich kann das Neptune echt nur empfehlen. Preis/Leistung sehr gut!

The time i spent there is a life time memory i will cherish. the staff were friendly, services were excellent and the hotel was beautiful and relaxing

Hotel could use an update in terms of interior design. Bedroom was not great and wifi didn't work in the rooms. Food was hit or miss.

The Neptune Beach Resort provided a great location for a peaceful and relaxing break. The hotel was clean and well maintained; similarly the rooms were clean and well maintained. My only issues with the room were that there was only one channel on the TV and the fact that a fee was charged for the in room safe. I choose the all inclusive option with respect to meals and drinks. I was not disappointed with the quality and variety of food and drinks available - Unlimited Tusker beer, locally brewed spirits and soda or tea and coffee. The resort had a nice big pool and fronted the ocean. Security was also good.
