I am satisfied with the service given by Mr Abdul Karim the hotel agent that made our stay in the hotel very comfortable and looking forward to stay in the Times Square Hotel service apatment.

We were fortunately lucky to have Karim who waited for us to arrive, to hand over the cards, we were over an hour late due to our flight being delayed an hour. We also had to leave at 5.30 in the morning and he was there to refund our deposit when we handed him back the swipe cards. We had no problems and enjoyed the privacy of not having to hand back the keys every time we left our room.

Vui lòng lưu ý rằng khách sạn sẽ thu Thuế Du lịch từ bạn trong khi nhận phòng tại khách sạn. Mức thuế du lịch là 10 RM mỗi phòng mỗi đêm.
- Phí bãi xe tự phục vụ: 6 MYR mỗi ngày
Danh sách trên có thể không đầy đủ. Phí và đặt cọc có thể không bao gồm thuế và có thể thay đổi.
- Có thể thu phí thêm người với mức phí khác nhau, tùy chính sách riêng
- Có thể cần giấy tờ tùy thân hợp pháp có ảnh và cần đặt cọc bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ hoặc tiền mặt (cho các chi phí phát sinh - nếu có) khi làm thủ tục nhận phòng
- Tùy thuộc vào tình hình thực tế khi nhận phòng mà các yêu cầu đặc biệt có được đáp ứng hay không và có thể thu phụ phí. Không đảm bảo đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu đặc biệt
- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng
- Vui lòng lưu ý các chuẩn mực về văn hóa và chính sách khách có thể khác nhau theo từng quốc gia và nơi lưu trú. Thông tin về chính sách do nơi lưu trú cung cấp.
Nơi làm thủ tục nhận phòng và nơi lưu trú không cùng địa điểm. Để nhận phòng, vui lòng đến [Reception, East Tower A]. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 24 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú. Nếu có câu hỏi nào, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú theo thông tin có trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách dự định đến ngoài giờ nhận phòng thông thường phải liên hệ trước với khách sạn.

当日に行ったら、もうやっていなかった施設です。最低です。評価も何も無い。
クレームをメイルで入れて、電話も２回して、１週間経っても返金状況を何も連絡してこない、貴社の窓口の評価ならできますよ。早く、返金確認位は入れて下さい。

ホテルではなく、アパートメントを短期滞在者に貸しだしているシステムと思います。なので、チェックイン時、チェックアウト時は管理人に電話が要ります。ホテルのサービスを求める方はやめておいたほうが良いでしょう。
このシステムは初見では混乱しますが、ただ、立地は非常によく、かつ、私の泊まった部屋は高層階（40F）だったので、景色もよく、その点は満足してます。
なお、Times Squareには、ホテルもあり、ホテルは西側、アパートメントは東側のビルになります。

There is no check in desk or indeed anyone to handle check in - after a run around between buildings finally found someone who provided a phone number to get some agent to turn up with a key card and take a deposit. Rooms are NOT part of the hotel chain but are old, very worn out and dilapidated private apartments under management. Internet promised as free did not work the entire trip - help was promised which never eventuated and phones were turned off for the entire period. Check out was even worse - forget trying to check out before 10:30 if you want to get your deposit back .... nobody around and phones turned off. Forget any form of assistance from the hotel team at the shared lobby ... I moved out after the first night across the road to a proper hotel.

Didn't get clean towels and new toilet paper first four days. Then fifth day received one new clean towel instead of two. Had to beg housekeeping service from another hotel service for toilet paper. Some days there were no hot water. Amenities included room safe, but didn't work and agent didn't fix. Called him numerous times for my issues and he promised to deal with them immediately, but never any follow through until days later. I did not get what I paid for. Just awful...

Check in process was the worst experience we have ever had, no desk just a man waiting with our room cards, was asked to hand over money for room keys and because I asked for a receipt had to walk to opposite side of shopping mall and up 6 floors, booked multiple rooms and they were all on different floors that we couldn't access and no phone to communicate between rooms, rooms and the floors smelt very badly of cigarettes, not good when you have children- I was disgusted by this and also had headaches from the smell, the layout of the room was great and very spacious but we wouldn't book again because of the previously mentioned concerns- we were very happy when our stay was over which isn't what you want when you are on holidays

We rent 3 Tripple rooms. We came early morning and wish to leave our luggage before check in, but they have no check in counter, so we have to call the apt owner and wait outside the lobby for 3.5 hours just to leave our luggage. As no sitting area, we have to wait outside the lobby, sit on the floor like bums. This is the worst experience I ever had staying in hotel. The room is standard with extra mattress without bed sheet nor blanket, only dirty pillows without pillow's cover, though actually we rent Tripple rooms, we finally sleep together on 1 king size bed.

Het hotel ligt in de gouden driehoek van Kuala Lumpur en je kan vanuit je Hotel lopend de Petronas twintowers bezoeken. De monorail stopt direct voor de deur dus ideaal om uitstapjes te maken.

Didn't stay, checked in and straight back out again!
Don't do it to yourself! Many awesome hotels in the area, NOT THIS ONE!
We were even left a massive s#@t in the toilet from previous guest, and this was after the cleaners went in!
Checked four different rooms before deciding to just leave, power points hanging by the wires, doors tied shut because broken, mould, holes in ceiling, badly stained carpet, broken bed (in two rooms)
I have stayed in many places over many years, not expensive hotels but this place takes the prize for the first time I have walked out. YUK!
