Dos Playas by Faranda All Inclusive

Habitaciones buenas muy sencillas pero buenas para descansar, si Deseas mas comodidad tendrías que solicitar un upgrade con vista al mar excelente habitación muy recomendable, el problema esta sujeta a disponibilidad. De ahi en fuera todo muy bien comida rica y variada su plata muy bien en general muy bien por lo que se paga.

Los alimentos excelentes, la playa y el personal.

La habitacion impecable, el personal muy amable, todo limpio, la comida y bebidas muy ricas.

This “resort”’should be demolished. It is year 2025 and the property is barely standing. Food is mediocre, the rooms are falling apart. I am on vacation and i had no peace at any point. House keeping is having full conversations with each other at 7 am. Screaming kids everywhere.. Check out is at noon and yet they knock on the door before 9. Barely anyone speaks English which isn’t a problem, but it’s hard to tell who works there and who doesn’t. 2 restaurants offering the same food most nights. There is no air conditioning anywhere. Only certain numbers work for the safe. The fridge has seen better days. They give you 2 bottles of water… that’s it. I have been coming to Mexico the last 10 years and this was the worst place i have ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more at Riu next door. The beach is beautiful and they try to keep up with the palm trees, but everything else is a disaster. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. If i could give it 0 stars, i would.

Nice little place

The suppers were decent. The breakfasts and lunches were mediocre. The resort definitely caters to Spanish speaking guests as the staff had fairly minimal English at best. The view was beautiful- however, there is no lounge area inside for guests when it is raining, as the main restaurant closes between meals and the bar is outside. All the facilities are outdated and should have an upgrade. We took the upgraded room for an added fee of about $100usd and the full mirror was chipped at the bottom, the bedside light had rust at the ceiling, and the wallpaper was starting to peel. The locking latch on our window broke on the second day and even though we were told someone would come fix it, no one ever did. The shower is small and as we are both around the 6 ft mark, were almost bumping the shower head with our head. The best part of the resort is that the view is amazing, you are next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, and if you tip, the service staff will treat you well. It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Las instalaciones descuidadas. Solo hicimos uso del desayuno y cena pero nada agradable. La primera habitación que nos dieron olía terrible. No volvería

Vi reseñas del lugar en YouTube antes de reservar y cuando llegamos fue todo lo que esperábamos y hasta más Es una excelente opción, el lugar la atención la ubicación y creo la mejor relación calidad precio de Cancún Sin duda volvería a hospedarme

El hotel me cobró extra por un niño, mi habitación muy pequeña, las instalaciones sucias, la mayoría del personal grosero, no vuelvo nunca.

The property is old but is super clean! The only draw back is that there is only 1 place to eat so the variety is lacking but overall the food is delicious. It is right next to the ferry to isla mujeres so that is def a plus. The island is a must see. Looks just like a post card!

The room was a little disappointing. For 3 it was too small. The food was very good and that made it worth it.
