Very nice hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site and secured by a guard. Relaxing atmosphere. Music by an on-site musician, which is much appreciated. Very nice pool, and close to the beach. Food so delicious that we didn't choose the à la carte restaurant.

Bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán cho nơi lưu trú các khoản phí sau. Phí có thể bao gồm các loại thuế hiện hành:
- Thuế do thành phố quy định: 16.24 MAD mỗi người, mỗi đêm. Không áp dụng thuế này với trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi.

- Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để đặt giường gấp/giường phụ
- Nơi lưu trú này nhận thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng, thẻ ghi nợ và tiền mặt
- Nơi lưu trú giữ quyền xác thực trước thẻ tín dụng trước khi khách đến nơi.
- Nơi lưu trú này có không gian ngoài trời, chẳng hạn như ban công, sân hiên, sân thượng có thể không phù hợp với trẻ em. Nếu có thắc mắc, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú trước khi đến để xác nhận họ có thể sắp xếp cho bạn một phòng phù hợp.
- Nơi lưu trú xác nhận đang áp dụng biện pháp vệ sinh và khử trùng theo quy định của Covid-19 Health Protocol (RIU).

Très mauvais service, la preuve à l’appui : Le prix sur l’application 610 Euros, la facture à la réception : 8100 Dh !! Déférence : 2000 Dh ( 200 Euros) En plus, c’est sale, tous le monde essaye de te faire payer pour des services déjà inclus, une grosse Arnaque.

Les transats et les coussins dd piscines tres sales plein de caca de mouettes.
Pas assez de choix au buffet matin midi soir.
Pour un 5* a ce prix je trouvais ca juste .surtout le matin tres peux de vienoisserie et en plus tres sec.
Personnel tres gentil serviable rapide franchement top courage a eux.

En général, j'ai bien aimé l'hôtel mais comme nous étions du côté de la rue, c'était très très bruyant la nuit. (discothèque jusqu'à 5h30 suivi de klaxons) Aussi, notre coffre-fort n'a pas fonctionné de la semaine. Ils sont venus 2 fois sans être capable de le réparer donc plusieurs heures de perte de temps car nous devions être dans la chambre. La réception nous a dit qu'il le changerait, ce qui n'a pas été fait. Aussi ils devaient venir nous porter une carte de la ville qu'on a jamais eu...Il faut aussi savoir qu'il ne changent pas d'argent entre 15h30 et 16h30...De plus, la mer est très froide...Le service de bar est excellent et nous mangeons très bien. Le site est très propre donc je recommande quand-même mais pas dans une chambre coté rue!

Majority of Staff very friendly and helpful - Abraham and Mustafa went out of their way to make themselves helpful.
Imane did a great job on keeping our room clean.
Good choice of food for an all inclusive but could have offered a better beer - even if charging for it.
Pool area was good. Never made the private beach as they ran out of towels on the day we scheduled to go.
Given a room above the Zanzebar night club - which aside from banging music directly under your room until 2.00 7 nights a week - had the car park, which took until 3.30am to clear with constant beating of horns.
A hassle to change room, and new room had its own problems (electrical).
Reception staff were a let down. Robes missing from both rooms and never sorted. The room change - fobbed us off. on the day we couldn't get towels, also couldn't change Euros despite 4 staff AND Manager behind reception desk. They seemed surprised when I was unhappy at coming back at a later time when so many staff were free at time of request.
Despite issues above we enjoyed our stay.
Would come back to Agadir but would not stay here.

Malheureusement cet hôtel n’est plus du tout du même niveau qu’auparavant!! Saleté, plus d’ambiance et de divertissements! Ce n’est plus le Tikida Beach que l’on a connu! C’est devenu un endroit destiné aux anglais qui boivent plus que de raison puisque tout est inclus!Apres plusieurs années… Tikida c’est fini!!PLACE AUX ANGLAIS!

Our experience began poorly at check-in. Despite arriving close to 4 PM, after the official check-in time of 3 PM, our room was unavailable due to the previous guests’ extended stay. When we declined the offer to refresh in a nearby restroom, the room keys suddenly became available.
Once in the room, we were disturbed by loud music from a neighboring bar, making it impossible to relax on the balcony. A room change was promised for the next day, but the first option lacked a balcony, which we declined. After insisting, we received a partial sea-view room, which seemed promising at first.However, the fridge contained ants, though this was quickly resolved. Balcony enjoyment was spoiled by constant noise from a neighboring hotel’s cooling system, operating from 7 AM to 11 PM. The room’s maintenance and cleanliness were subpar—limescale on bathroom fixtures, dusty closet shelves, and a decorative vase with a wilted rose added to the disappointment. Around the pool, the loungers were dirty, squeaky, and worn, and bar seating cushions felt unhygienic. The food was nicely presented but surprisingly tasteless in a country renowned for its spices. The beach was poorly maintained and lacked privacy due to constant interruptions from vendors, despite a modest rope barrier.The highlights were a heated pool and the attentive restaurant and bar staff, who worked hard to improve the experience.

Malheureusement cet hôtel n’est plus du tout du même niveau qu’auparavant!! Saleté, plus d’ambiance et de divertissements! Ce n’est plus le Tikida Beach que l’on a connu! C’est devenu un endroit destiné aux anglais qui boivent plus que de raison puisque tout est inclus!Apres plusieurs années… Tikida c’est fini!!PLACE AUX ANGLAIS!

Beaucoup de verdure. 2 piscines nouvellement carrelées,dont une chauffée. De nombreux petits coins pour se reposer. Adults only certe,mais la présence de certains "grands bretons" alcoolisés peut nuire à la tranquillité. Etablissement OK

Our experience began poorly at check-in. Despite arriving close to 4 PM, after the official check-in time of 3 PM, our room was unavailable due to the previous guests’ extended stay. When we declined the offer to refresh in a nearby restroom, the room keys suddenly became available.
Once in the room, we were disturbed by loud music from a neighboring bar, making it impossible to relax on the balcony. A room change was promised for the next day, but the first option lacked a balcony, which we declined. After insisting, we received a partial sea-view room, which seemed promising at first.However, the fridge contained ants, though this was quickly resolved. Balcony enjoyment was spoiled by constant noise from a neighboring hotel’s cooling system, operating from 7 AM to 11 PM. The room’s maintenance and cleanliness were subpar—limescale on bathroom fixtures, dusty closet shelves, and a decorative vase with a wilted rose added to the disappointment. Around the pool, the loungers were dirty, squeaky, and worn, and bar seating cushions felt unhygienic. The food was nicely presented but surprisingly tasteless in a country renowned for its spices. The beach was poorly maintained and lacked privacy due to constant interruptions from vendors, despite a modest rope barrier.The highlights were a heated pool and the attentive restaurant and bar staff, who worked hard to improve the experience.
