Lovely lady on the desk, very helpful and accomodating.
Really nice apartment, spacious with great facilities, fab view and an excellent little pool for a dip if needed.
Straight across from the beach and a few good bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
Would love to come back for a longer stay one day.

Perfect place to stay in Paihia. Across from beach, flat easy walk to dining, wharf and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked it so much we booked more nights on our return trip south. Comfortable apartments both stays, kitchen and laundry facilities with comfortable lounges and balcony.

Perfect place to stay in Paihia. Across from beach, flat easy walk to dining, wharf and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked it so much we booked more nights on our return trip south. Comfortable apartments both stays, kitchen and laundry facilities with comfortable lounges and balcony.

We stayed in an oceanfront apartment, it was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and towels were luxurious. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Parking is included and there was a washer and dryer.

早めに着いてしまったのですがチェックインしてくれて助かりました。
フロントの方もフレンドリーでとても良かった。部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機もあり困る事がなく過ごせました。

Beautiful property. Great spacious room with great views. Walking distance to shops. Beautiful beach just a hop across the road where you can hire kayaks etc from Nick.
Only downfall is the pool which kids were very excited to swim in but unfortunately pool temp was always too cold.

The staff are super-friendly here. The location is amazing - the view awesome. You can walk easily to restaurants, shops or pop across to the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony watching people doing their thing. The room was well appointed, clean, neat, had everything you needed and more, plus a washing machine. We really loved staying here and would come back easily.

The lady at check in was very friendly,helpful and professional.
The view is lovely, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony.Bed was comfortable. Great kitchen, but refrained from cooking because of the list of rules.
The range hood in the kitchen was smelly. Apartment needs updating.
Was good having 11am check out.

The Palms are really well appointed and convenient. On site parking and great staff support. Amazing views and the Bay of Islands to swim in across the road, 20m from the front door!
