Official Receipt Policy Scanned copy official receipt will be issued to you within 24-48 hours after complete verification and validation which will be sent via email. If you require physical copy of the receipt, our Company will send directly to your preferred address within 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days outside Metro Manila, kindly provide your contact details to the hotel front desk. A refundable security deposit might be required upon check-in amounting to a one-night room charge or a maximum of Php 1,500. However, the total amount may vary depending on the property policy. This security deposit is fully refundable and is subject to damage inspection by the property. 8. We are a completely non-smoking property.
