チェクインの対応が遅い、 渡された部屋の鍵で、扉が開かない

- No filtered water station available provided considering tap water is not safe to drink - We were provided non-smoking room, but the room smells of smoke with 3 ashtrays provided!!!! - Toilet seat movable and 1st time detached, needs fixing - No windows - At least face washer or hand towel could have been provided - It's clean but OK (not so good) - We were moved to different rooms but the smoke smell still lingers.

It is a budget hotel / motel , please don't expect much more than that , it's a safe clean accomodation for a solo traveler, I wouldn't hesitate to use these chain motels again.

Hotel is clean, very quick service, friendly staff. Affordable price . Overall highly recommend

Good if you are just looking for a place to stay I was there 8 Days all staff was awesome . Great food service it did not matter what time of the day or night and very fast . Also a full service Grocery Store with A WesternUnion with money change services that came in handy for me just below the hotel .

Hotel location quite centralised. Staff was rather polite & helpful. Room service and house keeping was prompt and efficient.

Room temperature was hot due to old aircon unit (cannot be adjust). Likewise, floor drain at CR was not working.

I found the staff very prompt when i asked for anything they are fantastic staff and they keep the hotel very clean indeed Given the chance yes i would and probably will go back to that hotel as i loved being treated with the upmost respect..thank you Hotel Sogo

Stayed for a night. clean,quiet. the hotel has houry rates posted at reception desk. good for lovers.

More of an hourly hotel for people rolling in for a few hours. The rooms are clean and cool looking with mirrors and things and there are several movies stations including sun with more adult character. The beds ok although the pillows are not very comfortable and the sheets don't tend to stay on because they're not fitted. They have a good menu with reasonably priced food for room service, the staff is friendly and the service is very quick and efficient. Not much in the local area although they do have a big street market just across from the hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights for a stopover. Place was alright for a semi budget stay.
