Sur is now one of our favorite places in Boracay. It's just the perfect amount of service and amenities for the price. It's just a place with a good room, good service, good food, and station 1 beach access within a reasonable price. That's all we want when we go to Boracay.

I can't imagine you can find a better resort in Station 1 for the same price and this kind of experience. What I loved : 1. The staff. Every person always busy cleaning or tending to guests. Could not be better. Shout out to Edison , but I also wish I knew other names. But he's the best. 1. Beach access. Tables and chairs all right there in sand facing the most beautiful beach I've ever been on. Also a life guard right in front. 3. Rooms are comfortable and always cleaned perfectly. 4. Happy hour 1-10. Great prices. 4. All the food I tried was very good. Surprisingly they don't get more outside business but that also makes it feel like your own private resort. They also will allow outside food and drink unlike other resorts. I really don't dislike anything. Only suggestion I have is that they really should think about resurfacing the walkway through the hotel. It's laminated wood that gets slippery and dangerous. But not enough to remove a star. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. Very well located. (End of zone 1) Very good included breakfast. Very friendly staff. Room was very very humid (wet floor, mirror, window) but not a big deal.

Compared to the very expensive all-inclusive resorts, this is definitely a step lower. The room itself is bare bones, and the bathroom leaves something to be desired for sure. However, the rest of the amenities that come with being by the beach are quite nice. They provide beach towels and there are beach chairs right on the beach. There is also a restaurant available, but the food isn't great. Be prepared to go into town or go elsewhere unless you just want convenient service by the beach.

Sur Beach is right on the water. We spent a lot of time at their bar area ordering fruit shakes (I recommend the mango and pineapple). It’s a bit of a longer and hot walk to the DMall, but we didn’t mind. Several restaurants nearby. Staff was courteous and service very good. The price was right for what we got. We had a large group of 11 there and we were very happy with our stay!

Immediately at check in they tried to put us in a single bed room even though I booked a queen. After some argument they gave us a queen as i had booked. There is no internet in the rooms only on the lobby. So room Wi fi under room description is a fraud. Overall nice hotel on the beach with great staff and restaurant. Breakfast is mainly eggs and hot dogs with other basics, nothing special. TV is old small and had a volume problem. Glass shower door was disgusting. Many ants all over hotel and in rooms. Bathroom smells like poop because plumbing is not vented properly and vents out of the shower drain.

A localização do hotel e a área da praia são incríveis, porém o quarto deixou muito a desejar, limpeza ruim, instalacões ruins, cheiro de velho. Além disso o wifi não funciona nos quartos, o que foi péssimo. Pelo valor cobrado deveria ser muito melhor.

We had a great stay, we really had so much fun esp the kids since it is very accessible to the beach and we loved the garden theme or ambiance and also very courteous staffs. The place is very clean and the foods are delicious. The only bad side was the complimentary "toothbrush", which was I think an old stock or just not a good quality of product. We used it and was gagging because the bristles came off and stucked in our gums/teeth, so we bought new ones from Budget Store. I suggest to probably get a new supplier of it to avoid customer complaints. But still, our overall stay was awesome. Thank you SUR BORACAY! Hope to be back soon!

There is also a restaurant available, but the food isn't great. Be prepared to go into town or go elsewhere unless you just want convenient service by the beach.

Sur Beach is right on the water. We spent a lot of time at their bar area ordering fruit shakes (I recommend the mango and pineapple). It’s a bit of a longer and hot walk to the DMall, but we didn’t mind. Several restaurants nearby. Staff was courteous and service very good. The price was right for what we got. We had a large group of 11 there and we were very happy with our stay!

It was very private and secure. Based on the location the beach wasn’t compact compared to other parts of the beach where there are an abundance of people. Food and service is great.

Immediately at check in they tried to put us in a single bed room even though I booked a queen. After some argument they gave us a queen as i had booked. There is no internet in the rooms only on the lobby. So room Wi fi under room description is a fraud. Overall nice hotel on the beach with great staff and restaurant. Breakfast is mainly eggs and hot dogs with other basics, nothing special. TV is old small and had a volume problem. Glass shower door was disgusting. Many ants all over hotel and in rooms. Bathroom smells like poop because plumbing is not vented properly and vents out of the shower drain.

A localização do hotel e a área da praia são incríveis, porém o quarto deixou muito a desejar, limpeza ruim, instalacões ruins, cheiro de velho. Além disso o wifi não funciona nos quartos, o que foi péssimo. Pelo valor cobrado deveria ser muito melhor.

We had a great stay, we really had so much fun esp the kids since it is very accessible to the beach and we loved the garden theme or ambiance and also very courteous staffs. The place is very clean and the foods are delicious. The only bad side was the complimentary "toothbrush", which was I think an old stock or just not a good quality of product. We used it and was gagging because the bristles came off and stucked in our gums/teeth, so we bought new ones from Budget Store. I suggest to probably get a new supplier of it to avoid customer complaints. But still, our overall stay was awesome. Thank you SUR BORACAY! Hope to be back soon!
