InterContinental Lisbon, an IHG Hotel

Excellent property in excellent location.

Everything was perfect in this Hotel , a very friendly staff , great rooms and a very well located hotel

The hotel is very nice, the staff is super friendly !! the location is superb, beds are super comfortable. the only complain is the noice on the corridors in the morning you hear every door when it closed.

Staff were super friendly and there was no stress checking in or out. In fact our room was available early. The dining option were many and we were able to walk easily to the old town

Ich hatte mehr erwartet. Frühstück war für ein 5-Sterne Hotel wirklich schlecht. Das Rührei war schlechter als in jedem amerikanischen Hostel, nur billiger Nektar, keine echten Säfte. Geringe Brotauswahl, Kaffee schmeckte mir nicht und wurde in Kannen serviert. Buffet total überfüllt, sehr hektisch und stressig. Bestellte Eierspeisen wurden mit anderen Tischen vertauscht. Man musste auch ewig auf einen Kellner warten, um überhaupt bestellen zu können. Das hat mich negativ überrascht. Andere InterContinental Hotels sind da deutlich besser.

Reception needs more personality when dealing with customer service they very cold at the front desk. All the doorman are great amazing people. They do a great job.

Great hotel. Great staff. And on top of all Great service. Our rooms were upgraded to connecting rooms on our request and the front desk manager was just too kind and amazing he got us what we requested for on no extra cost. Huge rooms. Very comfortable. Only one thing we did not like was the Breakfast which costs £28 per person and not up to the standard, on the day of our flight we had the chance to have it at the hotel and they messed our order, however after composting to the staff we were not charged for it. The customer service itself was so good that would bring us back to this hotel. For breakfast; There a little cafe 7 min walk and they serve one of the best breakfasts its called Atelier. About the hotels location; the hotel is located 8 minutes walk to the start of Avenua de Liberdade which is the highlight of Lisbon city centre a street with shopping and restaurants. It is easy to walk to the avenue and the jolt app works really well and one of the cheapest in Europe. However there are other options to stay on Liberdade avenue if you want to be right in the shopping street. We had 3 kids with us and had no issues walking or even taking a bolt taxi. A supermarket is located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Note: there is no swimming pool at this property. Over all, we had one of the best stays at intercontinental. Service and comfort was 10/10.

For a 5 star hotel, nothing really stuck out as amazing compared to other 5 Stars we’ve stayed at.

Schönes aber in die Tage gekommenes Hotel ohne besonderen Charm. Die Lage ist in Ordnung; man läuft etwa 10 Minuten bis zu den ersten Stores und ca. 25 Minuten bis zum Stadtkern. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren freundlich. Das Frühstück war kalt und verbrannt. Erst nach der 4. Bestellung eines Kaffees kam er dann mal. Die Frühstückscrew leistete sehr schlechte Arbeit, sodass wir das Frühstück (50,- Euro für 2 Personen) storniert haben. Es gibt tolle versteckte Brunchrestaurants in 10-15 Minuten Fußweite. Hotel ist okay. Das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit.

Typical intercontinental hotel, stayed four nights making a perfect stay in Lisbon, our new favourite port, Service and facilities were all excellent and would stay again at this hotel
