Male bathroom on my floor was turned into a female bathroom because the female bathroom was out of service, so I had to change floors to pee. Also the ac in the room was leaking onto the floor, they had put up a sign but didn't mend it.
The pods are great, and I'll come back again, hoping for a cleanlier state.

Very close, although an uphill walk, from Prince Street tram stop from airport or Waverly train station. Friendly and helpful staff, great location just off The Royal mile near Edinburgh castle. Clean, pods adequate size, USB ports x 2 and lights in POD, comfortable, communal bathroom just down hallway. Only 2 improvements needed: Luggage storage pre-check in overcrowded with bags and early morning breakfast crew lacking in efficiency. The Only truly frustrating issue I had with the stay was Expedia not prepaying for my stay 12 hours in advance of my arrival, after I had prepaid Expedia months in advance. After a lengthy amount of time on the phone with an Expedia supervisor the issue was successfully resolved.

Le pod est assez spacieux même pour un homme de presque 1m90. Les chambres ainsi que les sanitaires et douches sont tres propres et agréables d'utilisation. Le sevice au petit-déjeuner et au déjeuner est rapide.

Bonne expérience dans cette auberge centrale dans Edinburgh. Situation top dans old town.
Service et accueil parfait. Literie très convenable et sanitaires très propres à toutes heures.
Sejour dans dortoir de 12 personnes. Manque un peu de place pour organiser ses affaires. Locker fermé avec code.
Service de restauration qui dépanne et très bon bar. La aussi, manque de place au niveau espace commun situé à l'accueil. Mais l'auberge donne sur high street niveau cathédrale st gilles, beaucoup de restaurants, pubs, pour se restaurer autour.
Accès facile à toutes les attractions de la ville à pieds, château d'Edinburgh à 10 min par exemple, bon service de bus

The power was on and off for two days and when they were working on it , it was unclear at night how to get to the front door. On the 3rd day the women's washroom was out of order. I did use the shower the day before but unfortunately te soap and shampoo from the other shower drained into mine. The was no compensation offered for the power or bathroom issues. Even a free coffee would have sufficed.
