Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa

Staff could have been more informative on restaurants and transport at bottom of pool area that we found out about after we got home. Information in general. Strong chlorine smell and pool area needs work.. our last day we planned to spend by the pool but chose not to after seeing it. Rooms were lovely. Maybe you could display information on tv on how to get to places around Santosa.

Great resort on Sentosa. The staff was excellent & our room (family room) was perfect. The room was a suite attached to a regular room, so it was basically 2 hotel rooms & a living area.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the free shiluttle bus to harbourfront was so helpful we really enjoyed our stay

We stayed over a bank holiday weekend and the hotel was clearly overbooked. We had to wait over an hour at the check-in desk to get our room key (only two desks were open), and then another 30 minutes the next morning just to get into breakfast. There were lots of empty food trays because the kitchen couldn’t cope with the number of guests. It’s a shame – the pool is nice, and the location by Tanjong Beach is lovely – but the owner and management team seem more focused on profit than guest comfort. Unlikely we’ll return.

Alt i alt et rigtigt fint ophold på et meget lækkert hotel. Særligt service niveauet hos medarbejderne er helt ekstremt højt og tilpasset perfekt…MEN…når man gerne vil være hotel med 5 stjerner og tage en høj pris, så skal incheck ikke tage så frygtelig lang tid, ligesom el-kedel skal virke, toilettet skal ikke løbe fordi knapperne sidder fast og småting som beholderne med shampoo/body-lotion skal være fyldt. Ved godt det er småting, men det er for dyrt til at sådanne ting ikke er i orden. Men som sagt var det overordnede indtryk rigtigt godt..

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. Very quiet only a B bus ride from all attractions and Sofitel bus takes you to Harbour city Only down side was they over cook the bacon Definitely come back too Sofitel

Very comfortable room except for the rain shower in the shower booth. The pressure and temperature of the water coming out of the rain shower head were very low. Room amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, soap, body cream, and bamboo-made toothbrushes and combs. No skincare amenities. There are no hotel shops.

Stayed in Room 170. 1. Front reception staff very overworked. Two to three staff, management needs to increase headcount especially on PH and eve of PH, they are unable to deliver the hospitality service that Sofitel stands for. Management can clearly do more and better. Also, front desk gentleman should understand that when I decided to speak with you in English i/o Mandarin, you should catch the drift and not continue to speak in the language that you are comfortable with. Can definitely do better. 2. Room clearly very worn. Mattress exceptionally soft and very used and worn, didn't like it. Bathroom occasionally had sewage Smell. Bathtub had water leaking out, not sure where it had come from but thankfully we didnt use it. WC had no water bidet, very very backwards. Inexpensive yet they don't have it. The mosaic tiles in the shower area had dislodged from the floor. Another example of poor maintenance. The dolphin that was glued against the glass panel poorly done with the dry glue residue on the glass and no one bothers to fix it. Very unsightly and unsanitary. It is still sticky, wonder what is housekeeping and the team doing. The telephone to call room service is not wiped properly as there is saliva smell from the last user. Honestly, these are basic things that can be fixed easily but the management not doing anything shows this is cashcow. Paying almost $600plus for this, nah, definitely not worth it. hospitality lacking. Room very very worn. HardandSoftware fail.

Away from all the bustle. It is quiet. Quite far from the sentosa. Good thing there’s a bus but you need to walk a bit from the drop off area gping to the hotel.

The hotel was very quiet and in the nature,so we could be relaxed very much. There was a peacock in the entrance of the hotel. All the staffs were really kind and friendly. I want to stay again.

Amazing property located walking distance from the beach. Very peaceful, large spacious and well done up rooms. Room service is kind of slow but the size of the resort justifies for the delay.. checkin and checkout can be a little wait as they have only two desks helping the guests and sorting their share of issues. I would definitely choose the same property during my next stay.

This used to be a luxury hotel but then became run down. Sophie tell has bought it but has not yet completed the luxury overhaul it needs. It has a lot of potential but definitely needs a facelift and service improvements.

Staff can be more welcoming & lively.

The staff were amazing and so helpful, and our room clean was such high quality every day - thank you! Would love to see some close by options for cheaper meals or snacks.

Staff at concierge were excellent. They gave my immobile mum & myself a quick hotel tour in the buggy. We were very grateful.

Great property with great attention to service

I liked how large the whole hotel is and found it very quiet and relaxing, the rooms and whole establishment itself are quite dated.

사람이 부족해서 체크인하는데만 1시간이 넘게 걸리고 바닥이 미끄러운데 방치하고 시설관리가 매우 부족하다
