Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr gut und das Personal ist super nett. Für uns punktet besonders die Lage, insbesondere der Zugang zum Strand.

Wonderful place to stay!

Quality of food was good. Staff friendly and nothing too much trouble. Chilled vibe.

Excellent hotel. Staff were quite simply suberb. They made the stay really enjoyable. The branded drinks were suberb as was the entertainment. Air conditioning could be better and i little touch up of the inside would help. All superficial but just a comment. Do not hesitate to book this suberb hotel.

top hotel, alles netjes. Kamer goed verzorgt en alles aanwezig. Zeep in douche, badjassen ,slippers,fohn,tandenborstels ,scheergerei, nespresso machine en smart tv! Restaurant en entertainment prima.

Had a great time there with great food options and friendly staff and people.

Städning av rummet var mindre bra.

My stay was very enjoyable, the hotel and bar staff were polite and friendly, the food was good and the service was also good. I would definitely go back to H10 Gran Tinerfe.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, staff could not have been more helpful

The Hotel is nicely located, at the beach. Nice pool landscape but only one pool heated. The breakfast was terrible in terms of food and unfriendly, commanding service personnel. I tried the outside located tavern and the food was average and much too expensive compared with similar offerings in the surroundings, As a single woman travelling I cannot recommend this place for a couple of reasons.

I et forsøk på å spare vann var vanntrykket stilt så lavt at man måtte bruke 2-3 ganger så lang tid i dusjen, Litt dårlig renhold, så også noen små insekter på rommet ved et par anledninger.

Ein tolles Hotel! Service, Sauberkeit und Essen super. Jedoch fehlen schallisolierte Zimmer, da in der Nachbarschaft laut gefei

Très bon accueil, services de qualité. La chambre vue mer avait une superbe vue sur l'océan et l'île de Gomera

The hotel is conveniently located and offers good facilities. 3 Swimming Pools, Gym etc. However, we had 2 rooms at the hotel, both of which smelt strongly of sewage for the entirety of our 2 week stay. We spoke to 2 neighbours who complained of the same issue, and heard many more complaining to staff about the same issue and nothing was done about it. The 'entertainment' is extremely loud and goes on late into the night, you cannot escape it. Unless you're planning on staying up until 1am every night this might be an issue for you. It was for us. You might want to take some noise cancelling headphones. The selection at breakfast was good, however we thought this was let down by lunch. There was not much to choose from and seemed expensive. For this reason we did not bother to try dinner. Lots of complaints about the all inclusive option with drinks taking forever to be served. This seemed intentional to slow you down. The last point for me, which seems silly really, but I have stayed in hotels all around the world and have never ever seen a hotel attempt to charge you to refill the tea and coffee in the room. Here you will be charged 3 euros for this privilege. All in all we got the impression the hotel only really cared about making as much money out of you as they could. The staff seemed disingenuous and did not resolve the main issue of the sewage smell after multiple complaints. Pretended not to know what people were talking about. I would not recommend

I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

This hotel is frankly below average. We stayed here for 5 days and did not have overly high expectations. The breakfast and dinner were edible but all the food was distinctly lacking in taste. Even simple things like bacon were inedible. I would avoid the dinner. There are performances almost every night that are quite loud and not the best when you are trying to sleep. The shower drain was not great and the air conditioning was barely serviceable. The pool was lukewarm although the pool grounds were nice. The deck overlooking the beach was nice. Parking was not guaranteed—there were limited spots. The elevators were very tough to use as they were quite small and heavily used. I would strongly recommend you stay elsewhere.

Services are great. Quiet and party areas of the pools. Excellent location.

H10 Gran Tinerfe is excellent, 3rd visit in 10yrs this July, and we loved every moment spent there. All staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Tony from the evening restaurant deserves extra special mention, he goes above and beyond and makes the stay much more special. Rooms are in great condition, and kept clean throughout, we’ve stayed in high floor sea view, Mountain View in the past, and most recently the bungalows which is situated on the edge of the pool, these rooms were very nice and convenient. There is entertainment on all throughout the day and night, plenty to do and see both at the hotel and around it. Looking forward to booking next years visit already! When visiting Tenerife, we’ll only be staying in H10 Gran Tinerfe!
