Hotel Best Jacaranda

Nice hotel in good location - only ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The pool areas and activities for kids are excellent. Restaurant has good quality options at breakfast and dinner (I never tried lunch). My room was spacious and clean - if a little dated. Air con was decent, water pressure was good. Decent selection of TV channels in various languages. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel (3 at best!) Staff were all lovely and the hotel is very large but rooms and facilities are dated. Lots of broken tiles etc around the pools. Pool areas not cleaned very well at all. Sun beds and parasols broken. Plenty of food but average for all inclusive. Dirty lifts, broken buttons and a bit of a nightmare to navigate with young children in prams if you were on the top floor like us. Not somewhere we would return.

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily. The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back.

Love the all inclusive option and the activities offered. Many diff pools to choose from. It ddnt feel crowded. Staff is amazing and service is fantastic.

It was very nice and convenient. We did not like the food option that much.

Rooms were poorly cleaned, my sink had the same hair and bit of toothpaste of the whole stay. The whole hotel looks like it’s falling a part and staff are rude and most don’t know English so just ignore you

Decent hotel but for a 4star you don’t expect to pay extra for pillows if you need more or blankets. Good for families as facilities were good but for a couple in their 60’s thought the hotel was expensive. Habe recommended to friends who have children but not older couples

Vacanza con la famiglia. Questo hotel non merita le 4 stelle: al massimo sarebbe un 3 stelle mediocre. Conosco bene Tenerife e la Costa Adeje, e questa struttura è nettamente inferiore agli standard della zona. Le camere? Per 2 giorni su 7 non sono state nemmeno rifatte. La politica plastic-free obbliga gli ospiti a girare con una bottiglia personale per avere acqua, anche con l'all-inclusive. Le aree comuni sono sporche e trascurate, mentre lo staff, spesso scortese, rende il soggiorno stressante. Ho assistito a litigi frequenti tra clienti e personale. Il ristorante è pessimo: cibo di bassa qualità, stoviglie sporche e una gestione caotica. Durante la cena di Natale, sono mancati i piatti puliti per 20 minuti. Le piscine? Solo una riscaldata, minuscola e insufficiente; le altre impraticabili in inverno. L'unico lato positivo è la posizione centrale, ma non basta a compensare il resto. Scegliete un altro hotel: Tenerife offre molto di meglio.

3rd STAY VERY GOOD, AS BEFORE

My stay at Jaccaranda was some what disappointing . The cleanliness was not good, pool area is unsafe - very slippy, food was varied but Luke warm if not cold most of the time. Staff very friendly. The noisy was unbearable every night. People jumping in pools at midnight then shouting, parties and music very loud from rooms. Would not stay here again!
