Great hotel, good location and staff had excellent customer care skills. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Varied times of cleaning and at times not detailed. Also no tea or coffee in room. Arriving at night 11.45.pm I had to rely on the porter to get me my requirements.

Room wasn't ready by check in time and kept getting fobbed off with excuses. The first lot of staff I dealt with weren't very helpful but when they had a shift change at 3pm the new man on reception was much more helpful and offered me a free drink at bar and then had enough of cleaners taking too long and gave me an upgraded Superior Sea View room. Room was very big and stunning sea view. However on reflection I think a pool view would've been better as you only get sun for few hours in morning and it's very windy on the sea front so sitting on balcony isn't very pleasant. Room itself was nice though but don't think the fridge worked properly but didn't raise this issue. Pool is lovely but can be very windy and cold and there are some very sad people who get up in the early hours of morning to place towels on sunbeds and won't be seen until after lunch time, so finding a sunbed can be tricky. Only food I tried was a toastie and fries as a snack, it was ok. As for Costa Teguise itself I can't say I'll be back again as I found it too windy and not much going on there.

Average stay in strange pink building beside the port. Good location to stroll along the promenade and access the old town. Booked a twin but given a double and a sofa bed that is like a camping bed. Beds wonderfully comfortable though. Tech on tv very dated and bathroom old with weak plastic shower.

Hotel staff were very helpful - room was spacious and well equipped. Food was very good (although lunches were a little limited for choice). Overall a very good hotel.

The staff were nice and helpful, the room we was in was plenty big enough and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cookware. There just was a plug socket in the kitchen for the kettle etc.

La atención del personal muy buena, todos son muy amables, veníamos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo y sólo con ver la fecha nos dieron una sorpresa muy agradable. Las vistas de la habitación dan al mar. La ubicación está muy cerca de la playa. Por último la cómoda es buena

Great location, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the gym wasn't great, loads of stuff not working / missing from what was shown in the photos. And my mother's air con didn't work for 2 days, but she was then moved to a very nice room as soon as possible. We'd stay there again :)

Great hotel in an excellent location with the beach and the square less than 5 minutes away!! Staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless everywhere from the rooms to around the pool to the the resteraunt. I didnt see a bug once! I was upgraded to a superior room for free which was a lovely surprise. I would advice to wait to uograde until tou arrive at hotel as i booked b and b but the offered me all inclusive for 50e total on arrival. Great deal!! I will definitely be back later on in the summer

I thought it was a lot of money for what it was although it was a good location. The breakfast was ok but the hot food was not hot and items did not get replenished so need to get down early if you want choice. Requested a double bed but they just push the beds together which keep moving apart

Petit séjour en amoureux. Très bon hôtel avec toutes les installations nécessaires et tout le confort. Point positif: le personnel très aimable et serviable, la variété à la restauration, les dispositifs pour le check-in / check-out, les chambres confortables, son emplacement. Point négatif: la qualité de certains plats du buffet, le parking où les places sont rares. Je recommande l’hôtel.

Okay. So I didn't do much research and I regret it. But we basically criticized every thing, as we have only ever experienced good hotels.. But what we kept saying back to ourselves was "but it's cheap" yes this place was a cheap stay.. but it definitely is not 4 stars. It's probably a 2. The pictures don't make it out to what it is.. The place needs a lot of work, which they are doing.. they were working on it.. but it's like polishing a turd .. You get what you pay for I guess.. Listen there are positives.. The beach is literally right there and I had a great view from my balcony.. it's literally the best beach on the island. There is restaurants all over and the town is really clean.. The hotel did provide what ever we needed and the kitchenette is really a bonus and we utilized it. The hotel had a great pool and many sunbeds and umbrellas.. The GYM!!! Yeah they shouldn't be allowed to say they have one.. there is literally a 2 and a 12 kg set oh and one single 5kg lol. Oh and two bicycles and a treadmill .. Recommend you hire a car to explore the island. But yeah no parking at the hotel.. we parked at a parking area which was free about two roads up. Overall the view from the balcony made the stay. And yeah staff really friendly .
