Phòng đẹp tuyệt vời với view nhìn thẳng ra đỉnh matterhorn. Nội thất mới, đầy đủ tiện nghi, phòng rất rộng và thoải mái, có sofa, bồn tắm. Tuyệt hơn mình mong đợi, tuy nhiên thời gian check in bắt buộc là 4h không có ngoại lệ 🥹. Phòng còn có cả bếp, đủ dụng cụ nấu ăn, gia vị, rất tiện luôn. vị trí không quá xa khu trung tâm, đi bộ khoảng 10 phút.

Das online check-in funktioniert überhaupt nicht so, wie beschrieben. Via Telefon mussten wir mit vier! verschiedenen Angestellten sprechen und fanden trotzdem keine Lösung. Schlussendlich musste ich in den Skischuhen zur Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel gehen um die Schlüssel zu holen. Das dauerte mehr als 30 Minuten.
Das Zimmer ist schön und zweckmässig. Abgesehen vom Schimmel im Badezimmer.

A spacious property within walking distance to train station and the viewpoint. Many kitchenwares are provided.
The drawback is I booked for three people, but only two set of towels and quilts were provided.

Really nice place to stay! Large space to relax and a balcony as well to enjoy views of the mountains. On the outer edge of Zermatt, but worth it being in Zermatt and an easy 10 minute walk at most with/without luggage from the train station. The reception was very kind. It is a bit confusing at first trying to check in since it's not clearly stated that you should try to check-in at their partner hotel - Hotel Alpen Resort & Spa - which is down the street. The kitchen has lots of supplies including plates, utensils, cookware, dish soap, etc. Note that there is a decent extra charge for house keeping so perfect for shorter stays, but you may want to plan ahead if you're staying longer. Overall though, it is clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Zermatt.

The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.

Room is a bit small in size for 3 persons.
There was road construction going on in front of the building, the property is willing to offer us help on carrying lugguage through on the check out day.

There was construction outside and during the day you are close to the helipad where the tourist helicopter is constantly taking off and landing.
That said, all we had to do was close out patio door.
The kitchen was well-equipped and the room clean. Our patio had a wonderful view of der Matterhorn. Great deal, we would stay there again.

Foi muito boa a estadia. A vista do Materhorn desde a sacada é indescritível. Única sugestão de melhoria é o chuveiro, que alterna entre água quente e fria várias vezes durante o banho, mas administrável.

Nice open space. Need some additional items for the kitchen for cooking and we had difficulty with coffee. The staff was prompt and helpful. The main reason we booked this location was access to the pool which was listed as included but when we checked in it was extra. This was misrepresented and we were told we would need to pay anyway.

Warm and comfy apartment with great view of the Matterhorn. Having the extra 1/2 bath downstairs was so nice since there were 4 of us staying here. Bus stop in front of the property was very convenient. Roomy ski room for equipment; full size appliances. You can pay a small fee at the main property to use the pool and spa. We would definitely stay here again!

El departamento estaba un poco sucio, como si se hubiera limpiado rápidamente y no a profundidad. (Suciedad en baños y pisos).
Muy incómodo para dormir, la calefacción no funciona bien. la cama tiene plástico y se suda mucho, o tienes frío o mucho calor.
Deberían mejorar urgentemente en sus colchones y calidad de blancos.
La ubicación hay que caminar un poco si vas a pie, o hay parada bus muy cerca. Nosotros caminamos a la central de tren y estuvo ok
