A beautiful property with friendly staff and lovely service. The restaurant serves delish food !!
Wilderswil is a quaint town with swiss houses around and expansive views of snow clad mountains. Our room offered view of the snow clad mountains and cosy setting inside.

Room was cozy and had great views. Quiet town away from tourists. Breakfast buffet included. Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. The only downside was the lack of friendliness among staff, especially the evening waitress who was snippy from the start. The evening receptionist was also a little cold and the morning staff did not acknowledge us at all both mornings.

친절한 직원분! 감사합니다! 위치가 조용하고 접근성도 좋아요. 인터라켄보다 경제적이고 접근성도 나쁘지 않아요. 그란델발트와 인터라켄 고민했었는데 이것에 숙소를 잡기 잘했다는 생각을 합니다. 아침 조식도 나쁘지 않고 숙소 테라스에서 바라보는 경치도 끝내줍니다!

Giờ hoạt động hàng ngày của quầy tiếp tân từ 8:00 đến 21:00. Không thể nhận phòng sau giờ làm việc tại nơi lưu trú này. Nhân viên tiếp tân chỉ phục vụ trong giờ làm việc theo quy định. Nice stay at a Swiss chalet with rustic charm. Stayed in a clean, attic room with a scenic balcony. Electrical outlets are few and on the older side, weak hair dryer and small shower space, and single, soft bed, but it was comfortable and homey. The fan was very helpful in dispersing the summer heat. The water kettle was a nice amenity, but the breakfast spread was the best part of the stay, everything was freshly made, plentiful and delicious. Just beware of the stairs if you have a lot of luggage. Location is a 10 min walk from Wilderswil train station, or 2 stops on 105/111 bus. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

This is a traditional Swiss style hotel in a village just outside of Interlaken. The location is stunning, with mountains visible from the neighbourhood, and there are good transport links to Interlaken with a regular bus service and frequent trains. You get a travel card when checking in, so we used this transport to get around.
There is plenty of parking at the hotel, it cost 10 CHF a day.
Our rooms were comfortable, albeit a little dated. There is no lift so we lugged our suitcase up 3 sets of stairs to the room. There is a kettle, but coffee/milk is extra. However the accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly too.
We went for the half board option, and the evening meal was really good with a tasty selection of local dishes, plus a children’s menu. Breakfast was continental, although we found that by 9AM the food choice had become a bit more limited.

O apartamento que ficamos era bem espaçoso. Nos hospedamos com criança e foi tudo preparado para recebê-la.

Great location. Breakfast was ok. The room was nice but a bit dated, needs new carpets and our toilet leaked. Shower wasnt tall enough for a tall person to stand up straight in it.

Stayed for 2 nights and loved everything about this hotel. Quaint and charming with everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Interlaken area.
We had 2 rooms for our family of 4 and did not want to leave.
Fantastic mountain views from bedroom windows.
Enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and had a couple of beers in the bar.
Breakfast was great with everything you needed.
Switzerland is not cheap but this hotel was a fantastic option and not too pricey when compared to others.

Stayed for 2 nights and loved everything about this hotel. Quaint and charming with everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Interlaken area.
We had 2 rooms for our family of 4 and did not want to leave.
Fantastic mountain views from bedroom windows.
Enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and had a couple of beers in the bar.
Breakfast was great with everything you needed.
Switzerland is not cheap but this hotel was a fantastic option and not too pricey when compared to others.
