I Iiked the location of the hotel because transportation is easy and local attraction are all near. The hotel was clean and checking in was easy.

This was a great place to stay. So affordable and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the room had just what you needed. (There was even access to an ice machine for crazy ice-obsessed Americans.) Even though it was in a busy spot of town, it was totally quiet in the room. I was able to store my luggage on arrival and after checking out until my train that evening, so I saved about 20 CHF in locker fees. I would totally stay here again.

In general everything ok. Room was small but fully ok for one person. Good breakfast in the nearby hotel, you have to walk 10 meters outside but it was ok. Parking was in the nearby shopping mall, ok and fair price.

The hotel provided great service, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We were out all day but would probably have liked to have a lounge to sit in altogether in the hotel in the evening. The restaurant connected to the reception was closed.
It was a good area linked by a short walk to the centre and the old town with a main bus route to the station and also to the Pilatus cable car at Kriens less than 5 minutes walk from the front door.
Staff were great.

Located in a fantastic location, it allows you to walk straight into the center of Lucerne. The hotel is a little old and the sofa bed (we had booked a triple room) was uncomfortable, but the hotel still has all the necessary comforts. Perfect for those who are passing through or staying a few nights.

Not highly decorated or spacious, but sufficient for family of three. Beds were very comfortable. What they called a double bed was more like two twins arranged together, so more like a king size! Location was convenient. We walked the 10 minutes to the train station rather than use the bus.
Many restaurants and bakeries in the area.

Location is just perfect for strolling in beautiful Lucerne old town. Restaurants, shops and lake side are all in walking distance.
Hotel is comfortable, but a bit dated. Room and reception area are a bit old, but still clean.

Proximity to bus stop and walkable alleys. The hotel doesn’t have a bar fridge which is disappointing. The bed is too close to the bathroom, such that, when you open the door, it touches the bed. The hallway is creaky and the carpet needs to be changed.

This is an old building so yes, there will be creaky floors and ‘ambiance’ that some may not appreciate. We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. The view from our room (552) was out over the street towards Lake Lucerne. We had 3 windows, 2 of which were French doors opening into balconies. Easy walk to bakeries, local cheese shop, grocery, and many ‘best of Lucerne’ sites. Bus to the main train station was super easy.

Close to shopping and lots of restaurant options. Walking distance to Lucerne central train station. The room is basic and was warm even in the fall, a small electric fan is provided though. Afraid to keep the windows open as there is a ramp outside and anybody can get in to. Staff was helpful.

O hotel fica próximo a pontos turísticos como o Monumento do Leão, e logo em frente tem uma parada de ônibus que leva rapidamente a estação central de trem. O café da manhã é simples mas organizado e gostoso. O quarto é espaçoso com banheiro de tamanho razoável. De um modo geral, boa escolha para uma estadia curta ou média.
