Idyllic and very quiet, perfect for couples retreat. Staff is friendly and engaging. We had a really good time there just lounging by the pool and watching Ping river during golden hour.

We had the best stay at Raya Heritage. The room was beautiful, extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The food was excellent and we felt it was reasonably priced for the quality and taste! What we appreciated the most was the attentive and thoughtful service, and small touches in the check-in experience, turn down service and dining service that made the stay even more enjoyable.

This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property's spa, walkway and some guestrooms are undergoing renovations from now until April 11 and from April 21-30, 2025. Guests may experience noise disturbance and odor during this time. Due to renovations, this property's restaurant will be closed June 15-July 6, 2025. Guests can expect to hear loud noises from the renovation work from 8 AM-5 PM. During this time, breakfast will be served at Baan Ta Lounge & Lawn from 7-10:30 AM, lunch and dinner will be available at Baan Ta Lounge & Lawn from 11:30 AM – 11 PM. The property's spa will open from 4:30 PM-11 PM. In-room check-in may be provided if there is noise disturbance during the day.

This is a nice and quiet stay in chiang mai, our room was lovely. However there were several minor details that my partner and I found irritating. For one, it was raining a bunch during our stay and the hotel is indoor/outdoor style with extremely slippery tiles. It was difficult to walk to our suite. Also, the staff is over attentive. They kept showing up and checking in as if we were clueless, it was difficult to be left alone. Finally, on our day of departure, they immediately checked our room and demanded we give back the slippers we wore during our stay that were complimentary. They reuse the slippers for other guests. (About $3 usd) it was a pretty tacky way to end our stay. Overall, the food is phenomenal and it was very relaxing. They do provide a shuttle to chiang mai old city but we also took cheap cabs which were fine.

This is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had! From the minute we walked in, we were amazed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The attention to detail and the quality in every little element was incredible!

This property is a centered on the cultural mix from the neighbouring countries and created this unique blend of food culture. The overall service is superb and they are very nice to each guest. I truly love the handwritten and handmade birthday card from Bank (staff). The only thing that probably requires improvement is the walkway to our room where the outdoor brick road is slippery with algae and there is no shelter as well. It rained 2 days during my 5 days stay and it was inconvenient especially with shopping bags. Otherwise, perfect.

Great experience! Welcoming professional staff in all areas. Wonderful design- calm, peaceful, well maintained gardens. Food fresh, good variety of dishes on offer. Love the use of all things natural and eco friendly. Tea Lounge a lovely experience. Not far from the city on the banks of the lovely Ping River but feels worlds away.

Seuls points négatifs : la piscine privée n’est pas isolée des regards indiscrets des autres guests de l’hôtel, et l’hôtel est hors de la ville (environ 20mn de route).

Beautiful hotel which provided a unique experience. Greeted by the friendly staffs upon arrival and a big thank you to May which is kind enough to show us around. We booked the suite with private swimming pool and we immediately fall in love with it. The downside is people can peek through the bushes and fence when walk pass it. Had dinner in the restaurant and it offered a wide range of Northern Thai and neighbour countries cuisine. Again staffs were friendly and put up with the great service for the evening. Do try the chicken curry soup ( Tom Kha Gai) which is a typical soup in northern Thailand. It is not what we are used to have and it is a thick soup filled with
