Première fois pour moi dans cet hôtel, d'habitude je descends au Radisson. Je connaissais le lieu car mon père aime venir y déjeuner, donc je suis déjà venu tester le restaurant. Le lieu est totalement différent du Radisson, il est un peu à l'extérieur du centre-ville, il n'a pas la modernité de la chaîne américaine mais le charme de ces hôtels authentiques qu'on peut retrouver parfois en Tunisie. Il y a pas mal de chaînes françaises sur la tv ce qui est assez rare dans les hôtels ici. La literie, même si elle est un peu ancienne reste plutôt confortable, le mobilier authentique, un peu comme les anciens Hilton, et la salle de bain est impeccable : il y a de la pression, la robinetterie est de qualité, la faïence luxueuse. En revanche, le wi-fi est complètement à revoir.. je n'ai jamais pu m'en servir, j'ai donc opté pour un partage de connexion depuis mon téléphone, mais le réseau GSM est assez mauvais dans ce quartier. En ce qui concerne la piscine, prévoyez des lunettes de natation car elle est beaucoup trop chlorée ! Point à améliorer, le bruit ! Jusqu'à minuit, on entend le ballet incessant des serveurs qui sortent les poubelles et qui font rouler les containers. L'ambiance reste intemporelle, et la propreté impeccable. Je n'ai pas mangé au restaurant car les prix sont juste trop élevés, et pour moi le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. Comptez 80 dinars par exemple pour un plat somme toute assez basique.

Water pressure is below the required, hard to take a shower, I talked to the receptionist who confirmed it is going to be fixed for the day, but it didn't . The hotel shows it has a fitness center but the Fitness does not belong the the hotel and you have to pay at the center to grant access, it is not really a fitness center but a room with an average quality treadmill, a bike and a stepper .... was not satisfied as my choice was oriented because of the "fitness" center

points à améliorer: - le buffet de petit déjeuner qui ressemble trop à un 2 étoiles. - les produits d'accueil que l'on retrouve dans les hotels ibis. la chambre est très propre et confortable, le personnel pro. cela ne vaut pas le prix de 133€, pour moi. A Tunis ville (pas Carthage) on trouve de meilleures prestations pour un prix un peu en dessous, sans bénéficier d'une convention.

The hotel was very quiet when we stayed in early January, so did not experience the hotel at its best. In summer, the rear garden terrace and pool would be very pleasant, especially after visiting the extensive Roman ruins. The room was very cold, as the air-con did not work for most of the time and the tiled floor, which would be perfect in summer, didn't help. The food offering was very small, especially for dinner, but this was no doubt due to lack of guests at this time of year. Front desk staff hardly spoke to us, just as little as possible, so not very welcoming. The hotel in general reeked of cigarette smoke, and although this fault is found almost everywhere in Tunisia, it's not a good image coming from front desk staff.

The hotel shows it has a fitness center but the Fitness does not belong the the hotel and you have to pay at the center to grant access, it is not really a fitness center but a room with an average quality treadmill, a bike and a stepper .... was not satisfied as my choice was oriented because of the "fitness" center

points à améliorer: - le buffet de petit déjeuner qui ressemble trop à un 2 étoiles. - les produits d'accueil que l'on retrouve dans les hotels ibis. la chambre est très propre et confortable, le personnel pro. cela ne vaut pas le prix de 133€, pour moi. A Tunis ville (pas Carthage) on trouve de meilleures prestations pour un prix un peu en dessous, sans bénéficier d'une convention.

The hotel was very quiet when we stayed in early January, so did not experience the hotel at its best. In summer, the rear garden terrace and pool would be very pleasant, especially after visiting the extensive Roman ruins. The room was very cold, as the air-con did not work for most of the time and the tiled floor, which would be perfect in summer, didn't help. The food offering was very small, especially for dinner, but this was no doubt due to lack of guests at this time of year. Front desk staff hardly spoke to us, just as little as possible, so not very welcoming. The hotel in general reeked of cigarette smoke, and although this fault is found almost everywhere in Tunisia, it's not a good image coming from front desk staff.

Hotel bien concu et moderne. Bon standing - Chambre agréable et fonctionnelle. Assez calme. Le problème réside dans le service qui est TRES loin d'être au niveau. Donc au bilan hotel trés cher pour le service rendu. Localisation trés excentrée du centre ville et difficile à trouver. Rie aux alentours.
