Water pressure is below the required, hard to take a shower, I talked to the receptionist who confirmed it is going to be fixed for the day, but it didn't . The hotel shows it has a fitness center but the Fitness does not belong the the hotel and you have to pay at the center to grant access, it is not really a fitness center but a room with an average quality treadmill, a bike and a stepper .... was not satisfied as my choice was oriented because of the "fitness" center

points à améliorer: - le buffet de petit déjeuner qui ressemble trop à un 2 étoiles. - les produits d'accueil que l'on retrouve dans les hotels ibis. la chambre est très propre et confortable, le personnel pro. cela ne vaut pas le prix de 133€, pour moi. A Tunis ville (pas Carthage) on trouve de meilleures prestations pour un prix un peu en dessous, sans bénéficier d'une convention.

The hotel was very quiet when we stayed in early January, so did not experience the hotel at its best. In summer, the rear garden terrace and pool would be very pleasant, especially after visiting the extensive Roman ruins. The room was very cold, as the air-con did not work for most of the time and the tiled floor, which would be perfect in summer, didn't help. The food offering was very small, especially for dinner, but this was no doubt due to lack of guests at this time of year. Front desk staff hardly spoke to us, just as little as possible, so not very welcoming. The hotel in general reeked of cigarette smoke, and although this fault is found almost everywhere in Tunisia, it's not a good image coming from front desk staff.

Hotel bien concu et moderne. Bon standing - Chambre agréable et fonctionnelle. Assez calme. Le problème réside dans le service qui est TRES loin d'être au niveau. Donc au bilan hotel trés cher pour le service rendu. Localisation trés excentrée du centre ville et difficile à trouver. Rie aux alentours.

Gepflegte familiäre Atmosphäre, gut ausgestattete Räume. Fehlender Hinweis auf WLAN beim Einchecken. Service-Mentalität der Rezeption kann besser werden. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Betten.

L'hôtel où je reviens avec plaisir, malgré une localisation un peu lointaine du centre de Sfax

Stile arabo d'altri tempi ma assolutamente moderno. Come viaggiare su una Rolls Royce degli anni trenta con il confort di un'auto attuale. Cosa dire poi? Pulizia e vari servizi eccellenti.

Tout est excellent , propreté de la chambre parfaite, service moyen, mauvaise situation.

Forse il migliore albergo del mio tour in Tunisia. Servizio ottimo, staff premuroso e gentile, ristorante da non perdere, d'andarci anche se non si soggiorna. Un vero esempio in questo momento così difficile per la Tunisia.
