Room was great. Everything else about the hotel was not. The common areas like hallways/walkways are in poor condition (they look more like what you'd expect in a motel 6 than in a 4 star hotel) and the breakfast was pathetic

Old and tired! Carpets were stained and lumpy. I would not walk anywhere without shoes. Stained furniture within our room and broken down lobby and pool furniture throughout. Expected more for the price paid.

I requested for a high level room but I didn't get it. Instead, I got a room in the corner. The toilet didn't flush. After a long day out, I came back to a smelly room with a surprised worker in the restroom. I went to the front desk and told the receptionist, she told me there's no more room so I have to check out of the hotel. I asked to speak to the manager, she got me another. No apology! No compensation.

The hotel was probably very nice at one time, but not handling its age very well. It looks like might be closing in the near future, could be why they’re not doing fixes and upgrades.

With full understanding that the front desk attendant that checked me in is a new employee, she did well to get me checked in, but did not tell me where to find my room as I would expect from a 4 star hotel. I was only provided one room key despite my reservation being for two people. When I got to my room, I was impressed with the size and how comfortable the carpet was to walk on, however I noted that it was discolored in several areas. All of the signs around the pool area are faded or missing information, the lounge chairs are discolored, which is expected given the California sun. The jacuzzi has a sign stating that the maximum capacity is 2 people despite being sized for 6-8 people, and the front desk staff had no idea about whether that was an active policy or not. Staff also did not perform checks and allowed guests to drink from glass bottles while in the jacuzzi. Overnight, we hardly slept because the bed is dipping and dated, and I found myself having to use the very worn and flattened pillows to wedge under me to try and stay flat in the bed. Our AC also did not maintain a stable temperature overnight leading to us overheating in the night and then freezing an hour later. When we went to check out this morning, the front desk attendant had headphones in and performed the bare minimum to check us out. He did not ask how the stay was. We also noted that all of the permits for the location expired in 2023.

Very spacious room and reasonable price

While the general hotel amenities (pool/general areas) seemed slightly unkempt/uncared for, the room was very nice and had a layout that offered privacy to the bed area which I enjoyed. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

Breakfast bar could be a little better. But adequate.Good coffee.

Extremely dirty carpeting, mold in bathroom. Housekeeping did come around until after 3:00 pm or later. Plates and drinks containers not picked up. Chilled water dispenser was not chilled as advertised on unit. Top of the trash containers in the dining room had food all over the top.

It doesn't have laundry facility on-site as listed on hotels.com and you need to drive to use the "nearby" gym.

We loved the room, and the hot tub.

Older rooms, could use an upgrade. Breakfast options were very limited. It seemed like they wanted to do everything as inexpensively as possible

The room was amazing along with it allowing us to feel safe. The staff wasn’t the best when we checked in or out. We asked for extra pillows and towels and never heard back
