Studio 6 Murray, UT - Salt Lake City - Fort Union

People coming and going in the middle of the night. Tweakers. Room was gross. Burn holes in the bedding. Gross

On trips to SLC I've been staying at several hotels in the Ft. Union are that are $50 to $60 a night. This one was the worst, a former Motel 6 so do that math. Actually this is in the two worst motels I've ever stayed at in Utah. Wear, rust, broken phone and cockroaches in the bathroom (from nearby kitchenette.) So was it $40 worse than downtown? OK just to sleep but not for leisure unless you are skiing.

I’ve stayed here before in rooms that were emaculate very clean. This room was terrible! Broken tops , tape on the remote to hold it together, top of fridge filthy, room smelled awful! Was not impressed at all!

It was bad had cockroach’s in the room

The rooms were filthy the pictures on line is nothing like it really is. The security lock was broken there was no way to lock the door. Its in a bad neighbor hood. We did not stay there after seeing the room

The bed was extremely lumpy, no comforter on bed only sheets and a thin blanket, was really cold even with heater on. noise from Tenants living/staying long term was consistent. No help form management

tv remote sucked broke , toilet never shuts off, refrigerator never turns off door broken, you do not offer breakfast, bathroom door no knob broken no coffee maker in the room so on and so on

All in all I would stay again its nothing I cant clean myself just poor maintance.

The room was in poor shape, the counters had burns, the floor had paint Stan’s and the exterior of the building was dirty.

The price was right and the gentleman at the front desk was nice; but the room was dirty and not maintained well. Plus there wasn't a remote for the TV,

First of all this place isn’t a Econo lodge it’s a MOTEL 6, and you should be able to figure out by now the experience we had. As soon as we got there we saw the motel 6 sign that they photoshopped out the websites! As well as the rooms on the website looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like real life. And the customer service was crap! Whatever right? brushed it off, hoping for a decent stay and a clean room after our long drive. As soon as we opened that door tho, a huge whiff of cigarettes came from out the room, stains on the walls, floor was nasty and crumby, there was beard or pube hair in the sink, and the phone inside the room didn’t even work! What sent us over from really not staying was the mattress blankets and sheet had stains on it! There was even hair on the sheets showing that they weren’t even washed!!! I lifted up the sheets and the mattress had black and brown stains on it, absolutely DISGUSTING! This place is a massive scam, it is not a lodge it’s a motel 6! DO NOT STAY HERE if your a couple wanting a safe, clean, and welcoming place becuase it was VERY FAR FROM IT!

I've stayed here twice in the last couple of weeks, and it's cheap, yet not very well kept inside the rooms. There is hot water and toiletries, there is a fully functional kitchen (full size fridge, stove and sink plus a place to eat), bed is good but no blankets, broken closet, half the lamps missing their shades, no coffee pot or any coffee offered in the lobby. I did like the service the first time I stayed. This time too many questions at check in were asked. In a pinch I'd consider staying here again, but if I'm able I'll pay a little extra for a room that is at least in fair condition.

I had a son with me going off to war in Ukraine. For some unknown reason, when we ordered our room, it gave us one bed. I said I’m here with my son and we need two beds. The lady at the desk would not give us two beds. I told her the situation and I’d even pay more money so we could have two beds. She wouldn’t do it! My son, said mom don’t worry about it, I’m used to sleeping on the ground! So that is what happened! He slept on the floor and I couldn’t sleep worrying about him. The room was next to the office and people were slamming doors in and out at all hours of the night and morning! It was awful! I should’ve had a chance to talk to the manager. I should have a refund or gift card to stay in the future. But I’d never choose to stay here again! Janene Burton

Great staff. Clean rooms. Constantly cleaning the property.

Great staff and management. Tommy Gunn is the security which is real neat to have a wrestling legend getting rid of the rift raft. Prices are really reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

My stay was not worth $110. Never again.
