The rooms and facilities are dirty and not well maintained. I had to switch rooms because the window in my room was leaking. The floors were dirty. There was hair in both bathrooms in both rooms. The water struggled to come on in the kitchen but eventually flowed well. The internet connection was very unreliable and made it challenging to get work done. The sheets did smell very clean but every surface had a layer of grime. They did get me moved right away with zero wait but to a smaller room.

The bed was not bad at all room was ok. Needs to be updated. Also the A/C was not working. They offed a different room but it was late and my wife didn't want to go through the trouble of moving our thing at that point. They also offered some fans before they offered to move us but couldn't find any fans!

Stayed here 2 years ago and loved it, but it has gone very downhill since. For starters the pull out Bud had bottle caps and hair ties in it. When you sat on the mattress it completely fell through and was unusable. One of the TVs said no signal and the front desk could not figure it out. They told us maintenance would be in to check it out and they never showed. The pool was absolutely disgusting with algae on the depth sign and murky water where you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub had caution tape all around it and was out of order. There was hair and Band-Aids on the floor of the pool deck as well. Very disappointed with our stay this time around, we visit Mall of America each year before school starts and will be choosing other hotels in the area in the future.

This hotel is severely outdated- there is one elevator in the whole hotel…..

Comfy beds, spacious and would stay again!

The rooms are large and offer a variety of amenities including a small kitchen area. Definitely could use some upgrades but definitely a great option for the price.

Breakfast was very good. The pool was small and not maintenance. The gym needs some upgrades only 3 running machines not weights or area for stretching.

This is my go to hotel for south of the river. The staff is always helpful, the rooms always clean and I like the full size frig and kitchen to hold my city groceries before the long drive home.

Breakfast was terrible. TV did not work in bedroom and staff was clueless and could not care. Changed original room as shower ceiling was moldy. The hotel condition is nothing like it was a few years ago.

The only downside was someone must have forgotten to order disposable plates for the breakfast buffet, so people were piling waffles into cereal bowls. Finally staff got stoneware plates to serve the purpose. We stayed only one night so room service was not an issue but fellow guests complained their room had not been cleaned.

Over priced but smelly bed and bad staffing.

The place was fine, except for the teenagers running around with squirt guns. One of teens almost knocked me over when running around a corner. They continued this type of activity for a few hours. Overall I would still stay here again as the suit style rooms work well for my family.

Very nice room was great and clean.

Our stay was pretty good. We have been at this hotel many times. Seems like it was recently renovated. It looks nice. The breakfast was good too. No issues at all.

We reserved a two bedroom suite. Upon arrival we were given a studio room. When I showed my actual booking the front desk clerk shrugged and said “We have you in a studio.” I asked if I could have the room I booked and he shrugged and said “We don’t have any available.” He couldn’t care less. I asked to speak with his manager and he said he could only call manager in emergencies; which this did not qualify. It being late and having driven all day from out of state, we stayed in the studio (cramped of course). Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Soap dispenser empty. Not enough towels, only a half roll of toilet paper. No sheets for roll out bed. Entire property is crumbling. Filth rings the pool. Dirty towels and food all over pool area. Beams and external doors rusting, paint peeling, tiles cracked everywhere, handicap door buttons don’t work (not ADA compliant). Continental breakfast was mostly bad. Only one toaster for about 15 people waiting for the breakfast. Eggs were overcooked and dried out. Coffee was actually ok. The maids were friendly and greeted us every time we saw them, so that is refreshing. I travel a lot and this place was the worst I’ve stayed at in recent memory.
