Staybridge Suites Detroit Novi, an IHG Hotel

Staff friendly and professional. Hotel is undergoing renovation but it did not impact our stay. Rooms are nicely remodeled and clean.

Had a quick overnight stay here but enjoyed the hotel. Room was nice, clean, spacious. Enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice. Staff were nice & accommodating. The hotel was undergoing some renovations so there was a lot of construction equipment that took up parking space but this wouldn’t stop me from booking here again.

We really enjoyed the hotel and all the perks. We most definitely will be staying here again. The only thing that upset us just the smallest bit was the pool area, too many young children running around without parents in there to watch them. We had watch a couple of them slip and fall. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Easy parking. Very Quiet. Hot tube and pool was great.

This property seemed to be well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great. There was an employee working the breakfast area. She kept is clean and full and was super kind and helpful. Her name was Debra.

Toilet has been leaking since we checked in maintenance has been to the room three times to “fix” it. Leaks so much it cover the bathroom floor with water blocking the shower and room: must wear shoes. I was told I could not move to another room. Sucks because room is actually beautiful! Also was told to communicate with Expedia for the refund because they can’t do anything about it.

Very nice and new. Very clean hotel

I stayed here while attending a training course locally. It is a quiet and safe location. All of the staff were nice and polite. I really liked the evening appetizers; I arrived in the evening after a challenging day of travel and wasn't looking forwards to going back to the car to hunt for food, so finding complimentary ravioli with sauce and rolls was very much appreciated. The hotel is near a few food choices and shopping without getting into heavy traffic. I would definitely choose this location again.

Pool had fumes that burned eyes and changed color of swim suits. Children couldn’t breathe.

There is nothing that I liked at this property. The service was horrendous. The staff were terrible incompetent.

Convenient and quiet location, friendly staff

We booked this specific hotel to enjoy relaxing evenings in the hot tub. We weren't in there very long and our eyes started burning. The hot tub was so highly chlorinated to the point my swimsuit turned from green to yellow our eyes were burning, throats burned and coughs developed. We talked to the front desk who said they would tell the manager and have it tested. We heard nothing back from the manager the next morning we were told "everything is as it should be". The room was nice and clean but the customer service was terrible.

No pleasant smell in the room. I think it came from the carpet.

We had a problem with our keys working. Every day we had to go down to the front desk to get new keys. Hotel was great however, I didn't like that they didn't make the beds everyday. All they did was give new towels. They didn't even wash the 2 coffee cups in the sink.

I arrived the toilet looked liked it was ready to run over. Tile on kitchen floor had deep black cracks. Pull out bed looks like they pulled it from the dumpster Black dots food stains. my ankles itching. Dry air. Couch looks wore out.

Spacious suite, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Lots of room in our suite. We had 2 bathrooms, but one had a wobbly toilet. It didn't seem to be attached to the floor. Debra in the breakfast area was pleasant, and was busy getting things filled. They had make your own waffles and omelets as well as yogurt bar and salad bar. They had a nice pool and cookout area in the middle of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.
