🤗🤗🤗The staff at this hotel is top notch - very friendly and helpful especially mr Harry, mr Ding Dong and the wonderful lady - Rose in the receptionist. She recommended a very relaxing massage treatment and I felt younger 🥰🥰🥰 We were welcomed with refreshing watermelon and lemonade drinks when we arrived. We enjoyed the breakfast of fresh fruits, pho, eggs and bacon and pastries. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter, very close to restaurants and the night market. Would recommend doing a food tour and a day trip to Ha Long, Ninh Bình. Overall, a very pleasant stay! ❤❤❤

Overall, this hotel was very good. Clean rooms, comfortable stay all for a good price. Areas they could improve would be the bathrooms- it's fine but quite basic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good location near hoan kiem lake

amazing hotel, Our room was big and spacious,cool design. The hotel staff were awesome and helpful to us,the breakfast is tasty and rich. One of the most important things to me when i am looking for hotel is the location, Here the location is amazing,in the middle of the ha noi old quater.

I and my friend have good time in this hotel. We come back in twice time, as our plan, this is amazing with staffs. They always smile and enthusiastic with us.Khuyen make us so comfortable and happy. I recommend Splendid hotel and sure that when i come back i will stay here

Splendid star grand Hotel is one out of 7 hotels in a small chain in Hanoi. It has an excellent location in Hanoi Old Quarter, and you can walk almost everywhere you want to go as a tourist from here. It is also located in a small street where only scooters and pedestrians are allowed, so compared to Hanoi in general it is ok quiet, and you can't hear the traffic from the room. There is a very delicious breakfast buffet with all kinds of exotic fruits (dragon fruit, watermelon, lychees, mango etc.), which I really enjoyed. You can also order a selection of eggs, sandwiches and pancakes directly from the kitchen free of charge. The room it pretty basic, not to big, but has what you need. It was clean, and the beds were good and comfy. The aircondition worked fine, but was a little noisy so earplugs is a good thing to bring! There was also a safe and a mini fridge, where you could store your own stuff. The best thing about this hotel, however, is the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel at home. They helped us arrange more tours (eg. to Sapa) and taxi from the airport and also let us keep some of our luggage at the hotel while we were out of town visiting Sapa. A really nice place to stay, and has everything you need!

The staff are really friendly and helpful and most of them have very good English. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer any request. The location is also great with a fantastic restaurant Duong's in the same street. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. It's not flashy so don't expect grandeur, but it is cheap and cheerful and a little bit quirky. I would happily recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience Hanoi.

We've been two nights in this hotel and we are very happy to have booked it. It is so close to the center surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. The staff is stunning specially tom. She has been really kind and attentive with us helping with anything we asked for. Apart from that, the rooms are pretty nice too.

This hotel is the best in Hanoi. Tom and everyone at the hotel was accommodating, helpful and gracious. The free breakfast was great also. Anytime I return to Hanoi, I would not hesitate to stay here. Actually, this is the only place in Hanoi I would stay.

A really great hotel to begin your stay in Vietnam. The staff are really helpful and will book numerous trips for you to ensure your travels are stress free. They arranged numerous trips and taxis for us, in which they met us off to ensure we were not being overcharged. A really good experience

The hotel is very well situated in a small street not far from the cathedral. The rooms are nice with good space and beds are also good. About the service, staff is just perfect and very helpful and friendly !

This hotel became the base for my trips in North Vietnam. Martinvery helpful tips to get quickly familiar with the town find typical restaurants and make travel arrangements. The rooms show already some are but were allways clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent and also special meals are made on request. The location at a small sideload in the old town is perfect to explore the city. All at all great value for the money

good hotel in ha noi

全般的には、とてもいいホテルです。ただし、シャワーのお湯が途中で出なくなります。ほぼ常温水のシャワーは、体を冷やし苦行のようでした。

The hotel was very convenient and highly accessible to the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It is located off a side street away from the busy street that made it more pleasant to stay in. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space and served traditional cuisines for breakfast that we were able to try and enjoy. They were also very helpful with coordinating the transportation to and from the airport and gave us recommendations of places and restaurants to visit.

Etter min oppfatning, svarte hotellet ikke til forventningene om hva et hotell med 4 stjerner skal tilby. Frokosten var helt grei. Ikke noe å utsette på den. Personalet var også veldig hyggelige og serviceminded. Men selve standarden på hotellet var ikke bra. Badet var skikkelig slitt. Det lakk blant annet fra toalettet som rant ut over gulvet. I gangen sto gamle madrasser i trappen ( rømningsvei). Eller trengte det meste en oppussing. Bildene på Hotels.com gav et feil bilde.
