Beautiful pools, the water was warm with so much space for everyone to enjoy. The property is huge however and it’s a fair way to walk from the room to anywhere really. It would also be nicer if there were more things for the kids to do and evening activities to make it more lively.

Property is dated, in order to take a shower you had to step into a jacuzzi type tub that was slippery. The floors seemed like they needed a good cleaning, there was never enough amenities such as coffe pods either one pod per day or none.. the pools need to be painted and the waiters were not trained on two occasions entire drinks were spilled in our lap with just “I’m sorry” did even get napkins. The indoor bar is great but not enough bar tenders you wait a long time for your cocktails.

Plenty of parking, spacious rooms, lovely pools. Good location.

We had a wonderful couple of days at the Sheraton Mirage. The hotel was excellent and the food terrific. The only thing that would make it even better was if they had an adults only section in Feast Restaurant. At the buffet breakfast there was a lot of children running around tables and in walkways while we were walking back to our spot with plates in one hand and glasses in the other, and nearly loosing the lot. Not the restaurants fault, but slack parenting. Teach your children some restaurant manners.

The property allows for direct access to Four Mile beach - the shore is lined with a somewhat thick line of palm trees so it's not like other beach resorts where there is an open view and lounge chairs/umbrellas on the beach. This resort is huge with a lot of different lagoon pools throughout and many dining options. It's also a 30ish minute walk along the beach to the downtown area which has a great nightlife and beautiful sunsets and you can easily book a ride on a shared coach service to get back after dark. This place is amazing; highly recommend.

Definitely worth grabbing a drink with Dave at the Daintree Bar. They have early Happy hour and later follow with Night Cap drink deals . Choice of pools is a bonus depending on your vibe.

Great Resort.

We enjoyed our stay. The pools were beautiful and the food was good. The staff were very kind and helpful.

We loved our stay at this resort, except for the spongy beds and terrible pillows! This was a shame, because in every other respect it was exellent, but I didn't get one uninterrupted night's sleep.

We really loved our stay here. The room upgrade was much appreciated and it was a nice touch. Enjoyed all the ammenities around the resort and how close it was to the beach.

The multiple pools were brilliant and plenty of room to swim and lay around!

We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Mirage, Port Douglas, for a week, it was the best resort we've stayed in. The pools were amazing, all the different food options were great for a family and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.
