I have stayed in many hotels and this one was the worst I have come across...it felt like a 2 star motel. The room wasn't clean, dirty sofa, beds and we found a contact from a previous guest in the bathroom. The shower and the sink didn't drain and standing in dirty shower water while you showered is not acceptable. The shower sprayer everywhere and the floor was soaked. The toilet didn't flush. We were there from 6pm until 6am. Tired after a full day of travel by car from the highlands, all we wanted was dinner, shower and bed. We accepted the condition of the room as we were tired but it is unacceptable to pay almost 600 CAD for that. I expect more from a Hilton property and stayed in one in Montreal last month that was great for 250 Cad. When we went to check out, the lady just took our room keys and didn't even bother to ask how our stay was. Again, not a great experience. I'd like a resolution to all of this. Thanks, Patricia

Room was updated and comfortable. Staff was great.

Dinner food was good but we waited over 30 minutes to get the bill after our dinner was over. The staff seemed to be jumping from table to table for service to different tables. They were nice but seemed to be unorganized. Breakfast was good and staff was good.

The phone in the room didn't work. Neither did the "home" button on the tv. The front desk was not reachable by whatsapp nor phone. So "room service" involved walking several hallways to the elevator, going into the lobby, and ordering from the bar. What's the point of room service at that point? Large lamp in my room died halfway through, but can't contact front desk, no phone, just another long trek to the front desk. When I checked out, I waited 10 minutes because 1 person waited on 4 parties in line. Shower water pressure was not good. I know it's an airport hotel, but for almost $300USD for one night, it was a piece of crap. Location to airport was great, but so is the Moxy and a few other hotels nearby. Disappointing.

Great bar and food at the restaurant. A bit disappointed that the pool and spa closed at 8pm. After our long drive from Skye, we were looking forward to a soak. Liked we could catch the shuttle to the airport.

Clean room, nice hotel

Comfortable mattress.

Lovely. Clean. Full restaurant and bar, open 24/7. Second or third hotel on the trip that doesn't provide face clothes (wash clothes, flannels, whatever you may call them). No hand towels either until we requested them, but responded immediately when we did. Overall, very comfortable. Airport is right there but glad they had a shuttle - helped when transporting luggage. Definitely recommend.

Close to the airport and car rental return

Picked this hotel as it’s the only airport hotel with a shuttle bus and I had heavy luggage. Everything was fine apart from the noise, which meant I hardly slept. The adjoining rooms are not soundproof at all. The guy in the next room had a 2 hour video call and I could hear both sides of the conversation (he wasn’t being loud). He got up v early

Nice room- good size, nice sized bathroom, everything was clean. Staff were friendly. Had a gym with exercise classes, sauna, steam room, pool. Buffet breakfast. Full bar

Great location and easy to get to the airport

The staff went out their way to make sure our needs were met.

Very good for an airport hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Great workout facilities with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Most rooms do not have AC and that was concerning and a bit of an issue. Otherwise Ken was very helpful at the desk and Sarah did a great job in the bar.

Easy access to airport via shuttle or on foot. Mediocre lounge/restaurant. Clean room with amenities.
