The breakfast was good. They should put a ramp for the step in the breakfast room. We saw a man fall and thank God he didn’t break anything. The annex is so inconvenient to walk a block and 1/2 to go to breakfast. They should only put young people in the annex.

Das Hotel entspricht den Erwartungen an einem durchschnittlichen Kettenhotel. Eine Renovierung/ Instandhaltung würde nicht schaden, da die Einrichtung insgesamt ein wenig abgenutzt erscheint. Frühstück o.k. Das Personal war über die Osterfeiertage auf Grund des großen Andrangs überfordert, hat sich jedoch nach Kräften für die Gäste eingesetzt. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist verbesserungsfähig.

Near shopping and restaurants. Bus stop nearby to take you to the historical town. Hotel caters to large tour groups, so lots of guests at breakfast and check in. Breakfast was ok.

Equipe pouco atenciosa, estacionamento com restrição de horário (tive que estacionar em outro local porque não era 24hrs) e WiFi ruim. Não tomei café da manhã.

Limpo, bem localizado. Acomodações simples mas agradáveis.

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Yo contraté 4 habitaciones en un hotel como siempre y se me realojó en un edificio de viviendas alejado del hotel y sin servicios correspondientes. No nos indicaron que el desayuno estaba incluido ni que teníamos que desplazarnos hasta el hotel para disfrutar de él, en la reserva de hoteles.com tampoco me indicaba que tenía el desayuno incluido. No es aceptable que en mi categoría de cliente gold, no sé me informara de todo esto. Siempre hago unas reservas importantes ya que somos un grupo de 8 personas, es inasumible el trato con hoteles.com.

Hotel elegante, camera molto bella e spaziosa, con ogni confort, pulita e curata, straordinario il balcone con tavolo e sedie dove godersi il tempo mite anche a dicembre. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ricchissima, tutto delizioso. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutti i principali luoghi di interesse. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza nella magica Palermo!
