I was surprised to find no food or drink available on Sunday. I am diabetic so have to be able to eat regularly .Being a si gle traveller walking around in the dark was daunting to find a restaurant that was open. The restaurant when open I felt rushed to both order and especially pay. I was asked three times how I was going to pay even before I ordered lunch and had to pay even before my meal arrived. I am not use to that style. I ordered a bottle of sparkling to come to my room. It was delivered unopened. As it required a bottle opener and the room did not supply them. I had to ask the girl to come back to open it.

Property is starting to show its age and is a little tired, however well maintained. Staff we friendly and service was good. Would suggest some updates to pool area to make it more accessible, did see some elderly guests struggling to get in and out of the pool as there is no hand rail.

Ordered room service very expensive burger that was burnt and even the chips were. Breakfast was better but a bit cold. The exterior of the whole place needs some maintenance. Also had trouble getting out of parking with the boom gate. Very frustrating.

Lovely room and good location. Only stayed the one night, but would love to return for a longer stay.

The view from our room was amazing, loved waking up to mountain ocean view.It was within walking distance to restaurants and clubs, the hospitality of people who live there are kind and very helpful to tourists

Comfortable but the decking around the pool was run down and dangerous screws sticking up and loose decking boards

It's a very stunning place for us to have relax and wonderful holiday.

The property had a beautiful patio and pool. I didn’t use it because I was out checking the city. The staff was good I sometimes struggled to understand them because of thick accents but they did their best. I found the food on site very pricy for what they were offering.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful but for how much the room was I expected a blow dryer that was disappointing but luckily the view was fabulous

ベランダから海が見えるすてきな部屋でした。 チェックイン前に大きな荷物を預かってもらえます。すぐ近くにビーチ、公園、すてきなカフェもあります。繁華街までも徒歩15分ほどです。

The room was very small, the bathroom was quite slippery, the bedsheets looked clean but smelled bad...one pillow case had dried booger...the admin staff almost seem not to want to engage with the guests...they charged for parking in the carpark, that should've been complimentary at least...not even a couple of bottled water in the very small fridge...over all we are not going to use the hotel again...and will not recommend to any of my friends who wants to go to Cairns...very disappointing.
