Elegimos el hotel por cercanía en unas paradas de metro y aunque solo ha sido una noche ha superado nuestras expectativas. Habitación con una cama enorme, baño con bañera y ducha, detalles de coordialidad, personal amable. Todo excelente

Breakfast is very good

Stayed in this hotel as it was convenient to soneone else staying in Barcelona. The first impression was not very good as I arrived late in the day I was walked to the hotel by my friends. Whilst we were working for reception staff to check me in, he asked, what cane across very rudely, how many people were staying in the room, as if making me aware he is watching and I cannot sneak people in. There was no need for that. The room was okay. Nothing really premium ahout it. Worryingly the second day after visit of the cleaner black hair appeared in my shower. Not impressed. Decent location few minutes walk from metro. However nothing special. Not somewhere I would come back to. Noisy in the evening in the neighbourhood, would not recommend to a late slipper.

The hotel was good, room nice and big and clean. However we were woken up on first morning at 7:30am by extremely loud banging noises. Rang reception to find out the restaurant was having renovation work done that day. There was no-pre warning of this on booking site or when we checked in. We were offered a room change, but as we were only there for two nights there was no point. It was really unfortunate that it happened and woke us up way before we needed to be up.

The cleaner did not change the sheets or towels every day. I am certain of this because there was a small stain from my suitcase on the sheet. The next day, when I returned to the room, the sheets had been flipped over, and I could clearly see the same suitcase stain on the other side. The bath towel had been neatly folded and placed straight, which made it appear as if it had been replaced. However, it had a strong unpleasant odor and was clearly not freshly washed. My friend, who stayed in a different room at your hotel during the same dates, also noticed that the sheets and towels were not changed daily. We are not sure whether this is your hotel’s policy or not, but this was the first time we experienced sheets and towels not being changed every day — especially since we left a tip each morning for housekeeping. Because of the careless way the room was cleaned, we became very concerned about whether our belongings inside our suitcase were safe and whether our privacy had been properly respected. I understand that the hotel was fully booked due to a group stay and that the staff may have been very busy. However, we expected at least a basic standard of service. We believe this may have involved the housekeeping staff assigned on the mornings of February 17th and 19th.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et le buffet pour le petit déjeuner très diversifiée et copieux. Le personnel est très aimable .

Room was clean. Hotel is well at out. Staff friendly.

Hemos estado por solamente un dia. Ha sido una estancia agradable. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de tiempo lo que nos vino muy bien porque teníamos que dejar las cosas. Volveremos a alojar aqui

Wir verbrachten fünf Nächte in diesem tollen Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber (wir reisten als Familie und hatten zwei connecting rooms) und schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und bot eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel kann ich empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man befindet sich gleich am L’illa Einkaufszentrum. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten und kann es nur empfehlen.

J’ai tout régler ! Aucun dommage causé je suis partie avec ma maman pour 3 jours et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma caution de 100€ sans aucune justification et sans réponse. Malgres que l’on me dise que je l’a recevrais le lendemain l’orsue je faisais le Check out

The hotel is old and dated with paint falling off the walls. It is clear that the hotel is not very well maintained. In the room , stains were present on the wall and the handle to open the window was broken. In the elevator, the walls were scratched and the floor was very dirty. The hallways to the rooms had a strange smell of sewer with little to no ventilation present in the hallway. The construction was strange and the finishes present in the room and hallway were cheap. I was expecting something higher quality consistent with the quality of an NH collection level hotel given the higher cost I paid. Despite this, the staff were very nice and helpful at all times.
