The check in process was easy and accommodating. The room was nice and the view was amazing. Breakfast was good. I would stay at again.

Breakfast was not good, limited seating for the amount of rooms. Location was easy to get to off the highway. Bathroom sink was weirdly located in room not bathroom. Carrying luggage up stairs is inconvenient.

Clean with friendly helpful staff. The Hot tub empty unfortunately. Breakfast was ok.

Second stay here and the room was lovely. Nice view of the river. Comfy bed and linens. Could do with more than one towel per guest. And we had to ask for a second coffee mug for in room coffee. There was a lot of coming and going and thumping in the walkways all night long. And someone was doing recycling at 430am. Going to say it was a one off. Happily stay here again.

A hidden gem. Our room has been redone. New comfy tub, new toilet. Wonderful mattresses. We had a view of river. The breakfast was pretty good. A choice of cereal, bagel, eggs, sausages and juices/coffee. The only thing that I think they might have left to do is touch up paint and recover the stairs. Also a quiet stay! Good job management! Note the area isn’t fancy but completely safe!

Dirty bathroom, baseboards were filthy, bug in the tub, dirty walls and carpet . Bed was comfortable, decent location but the housekeeping is not good , breakfast in the morning was ok , but I noticed the juice dispenser was almost overflowing out of the bottom drain tray , just poor cleaning in general

Economic beautiful place to stay in Kamloops. Clean rooms, friendly accommodating staff and easy checkin/out. Will stay again.

Everything very nice

This hotel was a nice last minute find after our original hotel turned out to be substandard. Room was updated, view of River was pleasant with lots of areas for guests to sit and enjoy. Staff were great.

I didn’t like the fact that if you want to use the pool, you have to go down all those stairs. And the water was quite cool on the hot tub which made me not want to to go in

Room clean and included breakfast

Check in staff was very friendly. For some reason our room had no pillows and the shower was covered in dirt when we arrived. It has a very nice view of the river and was decently quiet despite being right next to the main highway.

Breakfast was not impressive; no yogurt, no muffins, reached for a bagel and it was rotten, etc. The grounds were dirty, ceiling part of the exterior door area had pieces missing that looked like they could come crashing down on my head at any given time.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, nice river view, small shower but the double shower heads were nice. Cons: Very run down, very old, the stairs were just raw plywood, and everything has stains, especially the bedsheets. The top of the headboard fell off when I leaned on it. The mini fridge was barely chilled. We wouldn't stay again.

Room was nice, recently updated. Breakfast was pretty basic, not a lot of choice.

Propre et confortable

Quick checkin. Lovely location by water where we had a picnic dinner. Ongoing renovations so room was bright with fresh paint. Bbqs were clean and pool looked great.
