Staff was courteous but also not as helpful as I would have liked

La stanza era in ordine, ma purtroppo il pavimento era pieno di polvere e c’era qualche difficoltà nel rubinetto della doccia, nello specifico nel cambio della temperatura dell’acqua. La posizione, la disponibilità erano ok.

We stayed in a suite room with a balcony for two nights. Compared with other hotels in Paris, the service was really poor and definitely not worth the price. The ladies at the reception never smiled, and no one helped with our luggage. The room itself was okay, but the fridge was not working. The trash bin in the bathroom was full of rubbish from the previous guest. This hotel is only good for its location. We will look for a different hotel on our next trip to Paris.

The room stunk like sewage. We advised the staff that said they would try to fix the drain but it was apparent that this was an ongoing non-fixable issue. It was like sleeping inside a dirty toilet bowl. They should have never rented out that room, let alone at its very expensive rate! This hotel should be banned from Expedia.

Hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived. different room was given and had to switch rooms midway thru stay. Shower had water that would spill all into the hallway within 1 min of turning on. staff was nice.

Soffione della doccia che perdeva, impianto di riscaldamento sporco e rumoroso, il rumore rendeva impossibile l'utilizzo di notte e fastidiosissimo durante il giorno.

The room was ok, some marks on the sheet and the bed appeared unkept

The only reason why I gave this hotel 4 stars on property condition is that the room had some issues, and the shower smelled; however, the location was amazing, and will honestly come back.

Great place because of the following: Strategic location, Courteous, Helpful and professional (24 Hours) staff, clean room, restaurants and train station just across the hotel. Highly Recommended!

The staff were wonderful. And the room was spacious and in a great location for walking. I was disappointed in the dirty throw pillows on the bed and chair. It gave a feeling of not being cleaned well even though it was quite clean.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente . En sus alrededores hay varios lugares de comer muy recomendados . La habitación muy limpia y comoda. El desayuno muy bueno con pago en el hotel. Me volvería a quedar.

The staff members were extremely helpful with what places to see and where to visit. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. Sadly, there wasn’t always scrambled eggs for us to eat. Only 2 mornings on 4 and we liked to fully nourish ourselves before leaving for the day so we could make it to an early supper. Overall though, great experience. We will recommend the hotel and would go back if going to Paris again.
