Not good. Wouldn’t amend my booking that was done wrong, then the woman spoke so loud and gave us a useless room. Left after 2 hours. Lifts don’t work well. Shambles.

Træt hotel, hvor f.eks AC ikke fungerer i alle værelser. Parkering er et problem. Morgenmad ok.

located 10 mins away from New Street station , lots of restaurants and bars around room views are lovely and all amenties catered for - mini bar , ironing board/iron breakfast was beautiful

Lift didn’t work, smelt awful and the front door didn’t work. Substandard for the price paid

Hotel was fine, a little dated in the bathroom for a 4 star and one lift wasn’t working so longer waits

Good room

No temperate control in room, it was very cold) Called reception to be told it’s been turned off in all rooms) Very loud music coming from the floor above until 1am, no advanced warning of this at the time of booking. No hot water in the room after 9pm, again told by reception that it gets turned off and would be back on in the morning. All in all an extremely disappointing experience. We will not be returning to the Cube.

Great value for money. I think the AC still isn't working which is not a problem at this time of year but will be in the summer! Breakfast is high quality...excellent

twin beds were diffrent sizes - notified but no responce no hot water - notified, no reponce, said they will check their boiler. lol does your hotel run off a combi boiler? im a boiler engineer. did not get clean towels, waited and notifed twice. would never stay there again, waste of money, would have been better off at a premier in and would have saved some money as well. worst hotel i have ever been to.

Sewage smell from room, cold water in shower and lamps dont work

Party going on above us, no heating and plug sockets kept shorting. We were downgraded to a smaller room, we were refunded the difference. Not a good experience!

No.i didn't like the room I was in as it was my birthday but I never said anything because I was there for just one night

Room odour was terrible and was dated and tatty every where

Location was perfect the view was amazing. Staff was friendly especially the supervisor kesha but i had to wait along time for coffee and milk refills. The breakfast wasnt very nice, meat was uncooked and the scrambled eggs was too runny. The room was absolutely freezing no heating working. I had to stay in my coat all night. There was someone elses hair in the bed and all in the bathroom, stains on the towel and rubbish left on floor outside room corridor for 2 days

We had to have a cold shower no hot water in our room. Also they’ve still got our deposit and it’s been a week since we stayed there.
