A beautiful Riad in the heart of the bustling souks, an oasis of calm with rooftop pool, hot tub. The staff made the stay, they were always really friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was local foods and changed daily, this was also really lovely.

Our room was beautifully appointed with an elegant ensuite. The whole place exuded style and Moroccan good taste. It was very comfortable, the rooms warm and the two lounge lobbies were stylishly and comfortably kitted out. The whole thing was a very pleasant experience with delicious breakfasts and very courteous staff.

The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hammam massage was also excellent and a highlight of the visit. The only downside was that the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, and we could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. It made the stay feel less private than we expected. Overall, it’s a nice place with good service, but next time we may choose something a bit farther from the city center for a quieter experience.

Room issues - shower fitting fell off, towel rail missing a rail, bathroom shaving/make up mirror broken off. Friends bathroom the mixer pull for bath/shower was broken so it ran half shower and half bath. Seems like bathrooms could do with a bit of love and care to maintain them. Otherwise nice, good location and people were genuinely friendly.

Riad Jona is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Mohammedsur (if I spelled it correctly) was amazing. I forgot the name from the Desk of our arrival. He was so welcoming. For our check out, Mohammed was knowledgeable and helpful for my queries. Keep it up guys! The location suits our needs: restaurants, shops bus...everything. The room and toilet was pleasantly clean! I am very keen when it comes to sheets, it was neatly clean and fresh! The ambience is aesthetically designed! I wish there will be early breakfast upon request for other guests that has early flight. However, for the whole experience, it was perfection! We will definitely come back! SHUKRAN BEZAF!

Le personnel est sympathique et disponible. Le Riad est charmant et bien situé. Ns avons passé un bon séjour.

Room was in reasonable condition, hotel was good, i booked the hotel because it had a jacuzzi but it was not working when we arrived as it wax under refurbishment, i was not informed of this.

Everything at this hotel was great! Great location. Very clean and decorations make you feel relax. The staff was not only great, was supper Great. Abdel was the best part of the stay. He is very Friendly, attentive, with an upmost professionalism. The food was excellent. I’m not sure if there is a number to rate this experience. Beautiful place! The little birds flying around the main entrance make you feel like they are welcoming you. Abdel is the kind of staff every hotel should have. I will give 100 stars to all the staff and service if I could.

Très beau riad, propre, décoré avec goût et bien entrenu. La chambre (Encens) était bien mais mériterait un coup de frais. Emplacement top, nourriture traditionnelle excellent et personnel formidable à l’exception du manager qui vous regarde de haut et ne salue même pas ses clients.

Excellen little place, just a bit hard to find at first, and the google map is a few feet off so at night this would be hard to navigate solo. They can do some kind of airport transfer so I would try and get that next time. The area is perfect, very safe and lots of ATMs to get cash which is much needed in Morocco.

Un riad qui se revendique 4 étoiles, mais qui est très loin du niveau attendu. La chambre « ground floor » donne directement sur l’entrée et est extrêmement mal insonorisée. On entend absolument tout : les passages, les conversations, et même les occupants de l’étage lorsqu’ils utilisent les toilettes. De plus, la lumière du riad éclaire directement la chambre toute la nuit, en l’absence totale de rideaux ou de volets, rendant le sommeil presque impossible. Résultat : nous avons très mal dormi durant tout le week-end. Le petit déjeuner est décevant et ne propose rien de local : il est essentiellement européen. Les œufs ne sont pas proposés spontanément, il faut les réclamer, et ils sont limités à un seul œuf par personne. Toute demande supplémentaire est facturée en plus, ce qui est tout simplement inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing. Si vous préférez un petit déjeuner salé, il vaut mieux aller manger à l’extérieur. Enfin, la chasse d’eau de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous obligeant à utiliser les toilettes communes de l’hôtel. Le personne est cependant très poli et serviable Une expérience globalement très décevante et indigne d’un 4 étoiles.
