From the time of booking to the day we checked out, we had a fantastic experience with Riad Jona. They arranged for an airport shuttle as well as a cart to wheel our luggage the 5 min walk from the Main Street to their location (a must over the uneven cobble stone roads of the Medina), gave us a warm welcome of Moroccan Tea & biscuits in the sitting room as we checked in, and easily handled all the little details of our stay that we needed help with. Food was delicious (we had the Lamb & Chicken Tajine for dinner and would highly recommend it!) as well as fresh fruits, yogurt, breads & coffee for breakfast. I opted for a Hammam & massage our first morning there and it was amazing! The hot tub was closed but the pool was open, though it was too cold and rainy out to use it. The rooftop garden will be stunning in the spring / summer when everything is in bloom, and there are lots of cozy sitting areas throughout the Riad to relax. We enjoyed a Hookah the first night there which the staff set up for us, and were only a 5 min walk away from the main square of the Medina and Bahia Palace. We were so impressed with our entire stay, and absolutely loved all the staff. We highly recommend Riad Jona for anyone who wants a true Moroccan welcome and overall experience!

Los chicos del personal son muy amables y serviciales, te ayudan mucho orientándote sobre cambio de moneda, lugares que visitar, restaurantes, etc.

Et rigtig godt sted, meget stille og roligt men lige midt i midten af medianen, der er ikke langt til noget. Servicen er helt i top og hvis jeg skal til Marrakech igen ville jeg helt sikkert vende tilbage. De har nogle helt bedårende små fugle der holder dig med selskab når i spiser morgenmad.

Everything in the riad was top notch. Only had one issue with one of the staff member. Hassan was overly friendly and gained our trust. He then connected us with a taxi driver who scammed us. the rate was decided ahead of time but after the trip he was asking for triple the amount. He also took us to a shop that scammed us and overcharged us. When we returned to our riad, Hassan was no where to be found. He knew he did us dirty and hid from us. I feel like Hassan and the taxi driver works together to scam people by gaining trust. Be careful and don’t trust anyone there.

Personnel serviable, très bel établissement,cuisine excellente

Staff were very polite and take caring. The place is very close to the bazaar and it is next to one of the best restaurant dar Essalam restaurant. So easy access and relatively comfortable.

Staaf was super friendly, location is perfect. Rooms are great, bed and shower very nice

Excelente atención

La struttura è molto bella e anche le stanze sono eleganti e signorili. L’alloggio è situato in una traversa di una via principale della Medina un po’ degradata. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità al check in tarda serata (siamo arrivati all 1.30 per ritardo dell’aereo). Abbiamo però sofferto un po’ il freddo per il condizionatore funzionante ma poco efficace.

L’accueil a été très chaleureux, la chambre luxueuse et très propre impersonnel à l’écoute et très attentionné. Je recommande vivement
