It was very good experience. The room is big. Specially, the bathroom amazing. The hotel is very clean. The restaurant there is no more options in menu for dinner.. the gym. It was very good. The location of the hotel amazing everything walkable.

Great location. Friendly staff. Hotel is under renovation and many of the amenities appeared closed. Rooms that face the spa / pool are able to hear the music quite late into the night.

Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. You may choose any restaurant (in which there are a lot of restaurants to choose) you like and return to the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Besides, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the metro station, it is easy for tourists to sightsee around the city. For the staffs, they are all friendly and willing to provide answers to your questions. If you are considering of booking a hotel in Montreal, Hotel William Gray would be my recommendation.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were outstanding and so helpful. The room was so clean and the shower was divine. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy Montreal in the summer and would absolutely book this hotel again.

Gorgeous Hotel in such a great location in Old Montreal. I let the hotel know it was my husband birthday and they upgraded our room and brought him a thoughtful birthday cake! The rooms were very clean and comfy with gorgeous views! We went for cocktails at a Maggie Oakes in the main floor and had the best espresso martini. This was our first of many trips here! Thank you for the excellent stay!

It was a great room in a great location.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding! From the moment we pulled up to the valet parking. We were met with the most friendly and welcoming and kind gentleman named Paolo. He went over and above during our entire stay. The front desk and the concierge were all a 10/10 for service and kindness. Loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back!

The staff was very professional and accommodating. Everyone was amazing I went with my mom who walks with a cain and Tom suggested we borrowed a wheelchair. Service was great I would definitely visit again.

Amazing stay! There is one issue that I must mention though - room 310 -although beautifully renovated with just wonderful everything (!) has a shower door that inexplicably opens inward. This is a problem because the ceiling inside the shower follows the roofline and drops dramatically at that side allowing the door to open only slightly -maybe a third of its full width. I was ok to squeeze in and out but it’s oddly designed and obviously uncomfortable. That said, the tile on the floor of the shower is gorgeous and thoughtful -not slippery at all. Staff here is top tier - taking hospitality to the next level! Gym is fantastic as is the location in Old Montreal. Would definitely love to return!
