Hot tube, room, breakfast was good. However to make it more excellent microwave needs to be in the room and free parking. Overall good . Thanks

We were in Niagara Falls at the end of April/beginning of May. The hotel is a bit dated, shower was not great, but was clean and the room was large (two queen beds and a couch). Unfortunately, I did not notice that I chose a room with a 'hotel view', which is a wall view. This was my bad, however, hotel should consider this not to be such small print. It can also be mentioned when confirmation is sent and/or during the check in. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. The restaurant on site with a buffet breakfast is convenient, but the breakfast was not very good and I would not recommend it. Pool, gym were great. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Breakfast was poor quality but the breakfast staff were very nice. Laundry was great because it was 24 hours. Location was excellent because it was right in the heart of the activities. Beautiful view of the falls from our room window. Check in staff was really nice. 2 free water bottles each day was a nice perk.

Great for families, close walking distance to main attraction

The staff was great and the room was clean. Part of the amenities was water which I dont believe other hotels provided. This extra step was very much appreciated!

I stayed here a few years ago and had good memories of it being clean and quiet. I don’t know what has happened since then because it is neither now. It was really loud, paper thin walls, and not kept up over the years. Also, I was offered late check out for free, but they still deactivated my room key at 11. Not a big deal but inconvenient as I had to bring my bags up and down several times to get my key reactivated and go back. Lastly, the offsite parking is a few blocks away. It would have been nice to know this when I booked as I would not have booked. It’s an unnecessary struggle and does not feel very safe as a woman a travelling alone, as it is in a deserted area behind some restaurants and a field.

Rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel location is the best. The pool was too small and so crowded. I wish there were an extra elevator, as there was a long wait for it.

Spacious room. Friendly staff during check in. Very nice location. Many restaurants just few steps from the hotel including halal food. Wr asked the front reception for a bottle of water when we were going out she told us you have two bottles in your room. My wife explained that we are four adults and we may need more than two. She refused to, and surprisingly while waiting my son she gave another person who asked for the same. This is something that we didn’t like at all. But have to be honest everything else was fine

We had a great stay at the Vittoria hotel and suites, staff was friendly accommodating and helpful,room was big and clean, excellent location just steps away from Clifton Hill,will definitely stay here again

Breakfast was not that good. The French toast, pancake were tasteless even you put some honey! Its better to take your breakfast outside like Denny’s or Tims! Staff in the breakfast were not warm enough in welcoming! Hot tub was great! Room was clean. Staff at the front desk were polite and welcoming!

Very clean hotel and very well maintained. The staff is super helpful and lovely to deal with.
