Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, equipe perfeita e solicita! Vista pra praia, pra quem reserva por aqui tem benefícios, consegui fazer o checkout late e foi perfeito pois nosso voo era mais tarde! Pra quem vai em all inclusive no Brasil sente um pouco a diferença em relação a comida e bebidas, mas a comida é boa, só é um pouco diferente e os drinks tem pouco álcool, quando pedir tem que especificar a bebida utilizada, sempre pedia uma dose a mais e misturava pois parecia que não tinha álcool, mas sempre temos a opção de pedir vinho ou espumante.

Ubicación es inigualable... muy limpio, en general excelente atención... tan solo la comida del buffet ( desayuno y almuerzo) algo repetitiva.

Staff was extremely nice throughout the resort. Rooms and bathrooms were pretty clean! I would definitely come back!

Don’t sleep 3/5 nights as 50+young adults partying and screaming and banging on doors and running in hallways until 5am and staff don’t care. Couldn’t get a drink at the bar as all the partiers would stand in front of bar and continuously take turns ordering drinks. Buffet was less than basic. Beds hard as rocks and pillows were awful. Activity staff Marco was amazing and can’t say enough good things about him. He brought the energy and lifted people’s moods. It sure helped to distract us from all the loud chaotic partiers at times. Thankful for Marco! Sadly won’t return to this resort, but will miss him!

We had a great time at this resort, I higly recommend it.

We stayed 9 nights at this hotel. I will start off with the rooms first. They are very old and in need of major updates. Rust in the bathrooms, peeling and cracking all over walls, beds are uncomfortable and make noise with smallest movement. Walls are not sound proof at all. We could very clearly hear the conversation the people were having in the next room. Even them unzipping their luggage. They were painting on the floor we were on and the smell was strong. Room service did do a great job cleaning our room everyday. The pool is nice and the lobby is kept clean as well as the public washrooms. No activities for children on the grounds which was very disappointing. Come evening time there was nothing for them to do. They have two pool tables and my 8 year old was not allowed to play with us while under our supervision. The buffet was decadent but not a lot of variety day to day. It was kept clean though and we always felt safe eating there. They would constantly replenish food and not kept out for too long. The restaurants were great and the servers were very kind and accommodating. The hotel does not feel very secure though. Anyone from the beach could easy walk into the resort if they wanted to. If you have small children be careful that they don't have any accidents on the bed as we were charged an absurd amount to have the sheets changed which is very unfortunate considering the amount of money we spent to stay at this place.

Everything was great, from the friendly staff, extra amenities, cleanliness of the overall resort. Loved it.

Excelente personal, habitación un poco descuidada, buenos alimentos aunq falta variedad, restaurante mortero un 10 en todo, las pulseras muy duras muchos cortes en la piel por ese detalle, las piscinas muy bien, excelente ubicación de la propiedad, me encantó la vista al mar.

Clean rooms good staff right on the beach

No, no tenía vista al mar. No estaba todo incluido, no me gustaron sus horarios, nunca alcancé amenidades, los camastros de la playa muy sucios y condicionados a un consumo excesivo. No volveré a ese hotel.

Location deserves a 10, you could not get a nicer Beach on the hotel zone. You are by a cove. The water is very calm and The view from the rooms is breathtaking. The hotel itself could use a revamp and upgrade. I feel like most of the hostel staff is amazing and does a great job. But there are a few that could use some training. The food at the restaurants was very good! Could use a little more clarity on what's included in the all-inclusive to make things a little less confusing when you order. Definitely ask your waiter what's included in the all-inclusive before you order. Overall the hotel is good and our stay was very pleasant.
